Dynasty 15 Black took care of business and earned their open bid at MEQ last month. That didn’t stop them from coming out clicking on all cylinders to finish runner up at Show Me. A team that found success as 14s are peaking at the right time behind the play of Emma Christian Emma Christian 5'8" | S Liberty North | 2025 State MO , Ashlee Chavez Ashlee Chavez 5'9" | RS St. James | 2025 State KS , Abigail Riggs Abigail Riggs 5'11" | MB Mill Valley | 2025 State KS , and company. HPSTL 15 Royal took advantage of the trickle down to grab an open bid with a fifth place finish. They went 7-3 on the weekend with good play from Harper Highfill and Tara Greenberry Tara Greenberry 6'3" | MB Incarnate Word | 2025 State #117 Nation MO .
KC Power 15-1 journeyed down to the USA Division to ensure they captured a bid during the qualifying season. They finished with a runner-up performance going 9-2, with both losses to Iowa teams . Apex 15-1 grabbed one of the two bids in the Liberty Division. The Heart of America region team from Springfield had a solid showing going 8-1.
Lone Star
After KC Power 15-1 earned their bid they ventured back to the Open Division in Dallas in hopes of the upgrade. They had a good showing, going 5-3 but a 1-2 day 1 knocked them out of bid contention. They would finish 18th. Maren Carter Maren Carter 5'10" | OH St. James | 2025 State KS and Mikenna Matzeder Mikenna Matzeder 5'4" | DS/L Lansing | 2025 State KS are players to continue to keep an eye on.
Jumping to the American Division, Invasion 15 Blue would be the highest finishing team from our coverage area with a 9th place finish after going 7-1 while losing in the first round of Gold Bracket play. Tatum Hooton had a good weekend.
Windy City
Like a broken record, Dynasty 15 Black did Dynasty 15 Black things with another runner-up showing at Chicago. They went 8-1, dropping their only match to eventual champion Circle City 15 Purple. Jenna McClure Jenna McClure 5'8" | OH Blue Valley North | 2025 State KS , Isabel Glover, and Epifania Salamasina are just a few more names to add to a deep roster of contributors.
Mizuno Club North 15-1 already owned a Liberty Bid from NEQ but essentially double qualified with a second place finish at WIndy City, going 8-1. Ava Glaeser and Camryn Lee are playing good ball.
