Indianapolis will host some of the nation’s top Class of 2025 talent when the 15s enter the GJNC spotlight in just a handful of days. It will be another great venue to get a look at some future prep stars from around the country, and I’ll be paying particularly close attention to a few different position groups within this class. The setter spot comes to mind right away, as we’ve already seen some incredibly high-impact 2025 athletes who have a mature feel for running an offense.
Time to get you reacquainted with some of those setters who will make the trip to Indy and compete for a national championship.
Campbell Flynn Campbell Flynn 6'2" | S Mercy | 2025 State #4 Nation MI – 6’2 S – Legacy 15-1 Adidas
Flynn’s combination of physicality and finesse has stood out at a couple of different events I’ve covered this year. Her skills were hard to miss in the star-studded field at Triple Crown NIT, and Flynn backed that up again by leading Legacy to a 15 Open championship at the Prep Dig Open in Cleveland. This is yet another elite-tier setter to follow in Michigan–surely nothing new for the Great Lakes area.
A quick look at what Campbell Flynn Campbell Flynn 6'2" | S Mercy | 2025 State #4 Nation MI brings to the setter spot for @LegacyLvc 15-1.
Outstanding rhythm on her jump sets, and she can feed the middles from just about anywhere. #PDTheOpen pic.twitter.com/tRyd4UM3fK

Emma Christian Emma Christian 5'8" | S Liberty North | 2025 State MO – 5’8 S – Dynasty 15 Black
Dynasty is no stranger to having high-impact setters on its roster, and Christian is another one rising through the ranks with 15 Black. She pushes the ball out to the pin with nice tempo and distributes it well to her impressive group of attackers. After securing a bid early on this year, Christian and her team should find their championship form again in Indianapolis.
Jolyna Salas – 5’9 S – COAST 15-1
This may not be the last time we talk about COAST 15-1 setters, as this team will not shy away from running a 6-2 system. In any case, Salas will be one key contributor to watch within a COAST offense that has had no problems scoring in 2022.
Addison France – 6’2 S/RS – AZ Sky 15 Gold
AZ Sky is one of the few 15s teams you’ll see make frequent use of a 5-2 offense at Nationals–that is, 15 Gold’s lineup has distinct frontcourt and backcourt setters depending on the rotation. France is the team’s front-row signal-caller, and it’s easy to see why. Her length on the right pin and aggression on the second contact is hard to handle for any opposing squad.
Brielle Mullen – 5’7 S – GP 15 Rox
Aside from Mullen’s ability to move the ball around as a setter, her effortless and effective floor defense in right-back might be her best trait. That might have something to do with her beach background, and Mullen ought to have plenty of options when deciding on her volleyball future.
Addyson Franz Addyson Franz 5'10" | S Keller | 2025 State TX – 5’10 S – TAV 15 Black
I’m certainly not worried about running out of talented Texas setters to talk about. Franz is just one of the Lone Star standouts we’ll be following in Indianapolis, and TAV 15 Black has a good shot to make some Nationals noise behind her leadership.
Ella Rogers – 6’1 S – Six Pack 15
The future of Iowa volleyball is in good hands with this Class of 2025. Rogers has elevated her Six Pack team to an Indy bid this season, and the tall, rangy setter will definitely capture some attention in the 15 Open field.
Julia Waller – 5’7 S – Absolute Black 15-1
In the vast field of California talent, don’t overlook what Absolute Black brings to the fray at Nationals. Waller is crafty with her jump sets to throw opposing blockers off-balance, helping Absolute Back to a bid-earning triumph at Pacific NW earlier this year.
