Five Versatile 2023 Region 8 Players to Watch
<p>Versatile seniors are among the key contributors for high school volleyball teams throughout Region 8. </p>
<p>A look at five versatile 2023 Region 8 players to watch follows. </p>
<p><strong>Aubree Craig</strong> is a senior middle blocker/outside hitter from Trimble County High School. Craig is agile and moves well from side to side. Able to block and hit consistently, Craig adjusts well to sets coming from any location. </p>
<p><strong>Avery Hellman</strong> is a senior setter/outside hitter from Collins High School. Hellman is a vocal leader who possesses strong communication skills. Able to direct the offense successfully, Hellman makes quick decisions routinely. </p>
<p><strong>Rylee Hood</strong> is a senior defensive specialist/right side hitter from Simon Kenton High School. Hood possesses solid defensive skills and passing skills. A player with a diverse skill set, Hood can produce as a back row hitter regularly. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="127206" first="Victoria" last="Kasser"]</strong> is a senior outside hitter/defensive specialist from South Oldham High School. Kasser possesses strong jumping ability and elevates well at the net. Athletic, Kasser can deliver both offensively and defensively. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="157478" first="Caroline" last="Rankin"]</strong> is a senior right side hitter/outside hitter from North Oldham High School. Rankin can hit from either side of the net, excelling on both offense and defense. Able to set if needed, Rankin works well with the middle blocker on blocks.</p>
