We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to our prestigious State Rankings through their play on the court. Please welcome them with open arms.
MacKenzi Bass MacKenzi Bass 5'9" | DS/L Mount Saint Mary | 2025 State OK [2025] 5-9 Libero (HS: Mt. St. Mary/Club: Oklahoma Charge/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Mackenzi is currently ranked as the 8th best overall prospect and 2nd best libero in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Mount St. Mary High School and for the Oklahoma Charge volleyball club. I have seen this youngster ball out a couple of times this year and she is very special. She has the ability to play sand volleyball also. The two sports are very different but they definitely help Miss Bass become a wonderful overall player. She has placed in numerous beach tourneys with different teammates. On the court her libero skills are at an elite level. She is able to dig balls with her hands that are overhead and also create amazing angles for balls she needs to laterally extend for. Mackenzi has such a soft natural touch on the ball and it comes off of her platform so well toward her setter. I love how she keeps her eye on the ball and uses exceptional court vision to put herself in the best position to dig. She will be one that I will keep my eye on for a while. Please help us congratulate her on the achievement of being named one of the best players in the State of Oklahoma.
Mary Goodwin Mary Goodwin 5'8" | S Regent | 2025 State OK [2025] 5-8 Setter (HS: Regent/Club: Tulsa Power Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Mary is currently ranked as the 9th best overall prospect and 2nd best setter in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Regent High School and club for the newly formed Tulsa Power Volleyball program. Miss Goodwin has helped her club squad become one of the best in the state this past season. She showed that she is ready to go to war with anyone who steps in her way. I loved how accurate she was at setting each location along the net. She was distributing the ball very evenly when I watched them compete at nationals in Indy. She is very fundamentally sound with her hands as they were a mirror image of each other during her release. She was also very quick on the court tracking passes from serve receive. We think she has a lot of potential and should have no problem staying at the top of the rankings. Please congratulate her on the wonderful achievement of being named one of the best volleyball players in the state of Oklahoma in the 2025 class.
Ava Wilson Ava Wilson 5'11" | RS Broken Arrow | 2025 OK [2025] 5-11 Right Side (HS: Broken Arrow/Club: Tulsa Power Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Ava is currently ranked as the 10th best overall prospect and 2nd best right side in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Broken Arrow High School and also for the awesome Tulsa Power Volleyball club program. This youngster has really come into her own this past club season. She has grown a lot in height from last year to this year and still has elite power in her right arm. She is able to turn on the ball really well and hit down the line and is not limited to just hitting on the right side. She has experience playing on both pins. Her blocking was at an elite level when I watched her twice this season at national events. Ava will be able to play in college in a few years if she stays on the track that she has been on for the past few years. She has a lot of potential in the sport of volleyball and we will be watching her growth very closely. Please help us congratulate her on the wonderful achievement of being named one of the state’s best volleyball players.
