Stock-Risers from 2023 Rankings update

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On Monday, we released an update to the <a href="https://prepdig.com/michigan/rankings/2023-rankings/">2023 player rankings</a>.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Along with some new names added, we saw some players around the state make some big jumps up the ladder.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here are the players that improved their stock since the last rankings release.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>7. [player_tooltip player_id='66314' first='Kennedy' last='Louisell'], FH Northern/Legacy</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Louisell jumped up again in our latest rankings, moving from No. 11 up to No. 7. She's proven herself time and again to be able to go toe-to-toe with any of the top hitters in the Midwest. An ever-improving defensive game goes along with an explosive attack at the net. Louisell is definitely leaving her mark in a talented Class of 2023.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>11. [player_tooltip player_id='108759' first='Raegan' last='Lantz'], OH West Ottawa/MVA</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lantz also has continued her upward trend in these rankings. She moved from No. 14 to No. 11 in our latest release. The 6-footer for West Ottawa is able to shoulder a big offensive load and finish at a high rate. After a big club season, Lantz has her sights set on a big prep season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>12. [player_tooltip player_id='66293' first='Kennedy' last='Arp'], MB South Christian/FaR Out</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Arp made a massive jump up the list this year, going from No. 27 to No. 12. Arp really shined during club season and has taken that momentum into the early stages of the prep year. The 6'1” middle can play well above the net. Her length and athleticism make it difficult for anyone to stop her.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>14. [player_tooltip player_id='66295' first='Allison' last='Berent'], L/DS Notre Dame Prep/L2</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another one that climbed up in a big way was Berent. She moved from No. 28 to No. 14. We all knew this could be a breakout year for the NDP defender. She's getting a chance to shine in a big way for the Irish this fall, but her club season led her up the rankings. Berent has really raised her already elevated game. She's landed a lot of national opportunities and found a college home in the SEC.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>19. [player_tooltip player_id='66297' first='Kalliann' last='Cook'], L/DS Birch Run/Michigan Elite</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another great defender, Cook has been a regular face on our rankings board. This time around, she jumped up from No. 31 to No. 19. Cook is a fierce competitor on the floor and a great leader for her teams.
