Every year we get some movement in our rankings. We like to highlight some players who moved upward from the class of 2024. These jumps were based on their play during the spring/summer club season. One thing in common with most of these players: their team found success at nationals. Let's take a look and see who's played catapulted them up the rankings.

11. [player_tooltip player_id='150036' first='Reagan' last='Baade'] - OH - Ozark/417 Juniors

Baade is a player we loved watching this spring for 417. She is a true six rotation pin who excels in the passing game. She may be considered a little undersized on the pin but her grit and competitiveness allow her to score at a consistent rate.

18. [player_tooltip player_id='150051' first='Hannah' last='Vogt'] - S - Jefferson City/Missouri Juniors

Vogt had a really good spring building on a solid fall where she tallied over 500 assists. She is poised from the setter position and has ideal decision making which allows her hitters to be successful. She is also a quality defender and when necessary can swing from the pin.

20. [player_tooltip player_id='150054' first='Bailey' last='Braun'] - OH - Blair Oaks/Missouri Juniors

We paid more attention to Braun after last year's magical run for Blair Oaks. She didn't disappoint this spring for Missouri Juniors filling up the stat sheet with sets from the above-mentioned Vogt. Look for her to take even greater strides this fall.

25. [player_tooltip player_id='168899' first='Aby' last='Widhalm'] - OH - Pleasant Hill/Invasion

Widhalm jumped on our radar this spring after watching Invasion in some qualifier tournaments. Her play continued to blossom as she made the all-tournament team in the Liberty Division at Junior Nationals. She is another player we will take more interest in entering the high school season.

30. [player_tooltip player_id='216472' first='Miliana' last='Sylvester'] - MB - Central/417 Juniors

The agile middle was very impressive this summer helping her 417 team accomplish big things at nationals. We love her confidence on the court and she will continue to improve in a couple of areas. She can make an even bigger jump with a solid fall.

34. [player_tooltip player_id='216473' first='Collette' last='Buschhorn'] - S - Central/417 Juniors

Buschhorn was an important feature in the 417 offense and a joy to watch this spring. She was cool and collect at Girls Juniors with her consistent sets. We look forward to watching the connection this fall with Sylvester for a rising Central team.
