Recruiting Commitment Updates Vol 56

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It doesn't matter what level you play at when you think about the fact that NCAA research shows that only four percent of high school volleyball players play in college.&nbsp; Texas is second to none when it comes to our players earning the right to play at the next level.&nbsp; The offers for our wonderful Texas players keep coming.&nbsp; We love to see the pictures and news of these players as they are achieving their dreams.&nbsp; We are proud to announce some news from the recruiting front.&nbsp; There are three more players who have just committed to college volleyball programs recently and we would like to share the news.&nbsp; These young ladies have been hard at work during the club and high school volleyball season.&nbsp; They also have been hard at work on the recruiting scene getting offers from schools and have made their college decisions.&nbsp; Help us in congratulating them on the amazing news.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Morgan Sellers [2022] 5-3 Defensive Specialist (HS: Manvel/Club: Houston Stellar/Verbal: Texas A&amp;M Kingsville)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Morgan is an unranked prospect in the 2022 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.&nbsp; She is a solid all around player who played at Manvel High School and also played for Houston Stellar. &nbsp;She has an excellent nose for the ball and tracks it better than a lot of liberos out of serve receive.&nbsp; She keeps her posture held really low while moving backwards for the ball, which is the sign of great training.&nbsp; Her footwork is super solid as she moves diagonally while pursuing serves both in front of her and behind her.&nbsp; Houston Stellar did a fantastic job with her technique.&nbsp; She also does a great job at creating angles during serve receive when balls are outside of her frame.&nbsp; We are proud to announce that she has decided to play college volleyball at Texas A&amp;M Kingsville University. &nbsp;Please help us congratulate her on achieving her dream of playing at the next level.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='153301' first='Stratton' last='Sneed']&nbsp;[2023] 5-11 Middle/Right Side (HS: Clear Creek/Club: Houston Stellar/Verbal: Southwestern University)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stratton is currently ranked as the 145^th overall prospect in the 2023 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.&nbsp; She is a fantastic right side from Clear Creek High School and also plays club for Houston Stellar. &nbsp;Some players just steal the show when they perform and Miss Sneed is one of those.&nbsp; When she flies in to attack from the right side, she is very explosive.&nbsp; Her speed on her approach really helps her create a lot of momentum to unload that awesome power in her swing.&nbsp; She is also dynamic as she slides over to the middle of the court to hit a second tempo shot to the corners with authority.&nbsp; We are proud to announce that she recently committed to playing volleyball at Southwestern University. &nbsp;Please help us congratulate her on achieving her dream of playing college volleyball.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Brooke Davis [2023] 6-0 Right Side/Middle (HS: Lake Travis/Club: Austin Performance/Verbal: Stephen F. Austin)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brooke is currently an unranked prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.&nbsp; She is a great attacker from Lake Travis High School and plays club for Austin Performance. &nbsp;Her ability to score in a variety of ways on the right side has been a great attribute for every team she has been on.&nbsp; She has a great eye for seeing the defense while she is approaching to know when to send an off-speed shot to the perfect area where no one is.&nbsp; I also think that she does a great job of extending her arm to its highest point to increase her contact point.&nbsp; She is a solid blocker in the opposite position and can easily play other positions along the net.&nbsp; We are proud to announce that she has committed to playing college volleyball at Stephen F.
