The Ohio State commit is one of the nation’s top athletes in the 2023 class as she has spent a good amount of time in the USA Volleyball development program designed to grow elite talent from across the country. At 6’3, she has great physicality and plays well above the net on both sides of the ball. She is pushing 700 career kills and is on her career average currently with 3.8 kills per set this season. She is averaging a career high in efficiency at a .518 clip. On the defensive side, she is approaching 200 career blocks and currently contributes 2.7 per match with a 3.1 average for her career. She is certain to be a repeat 1st-time all-Ohio selection for Division II again at the conclusion of the season.

Musick is a dual threat for the Hawks as she will take some swings from the right pin when in the front row while also sharing setting responsibilities from the back row. At 6’1, she has good length for both roles through which she averages 1.4 kills and nearly five assists per set. In a similar role in 2021 she amassed nearly 500 total assists. She is committed to Florida International University.
Jasmyn Crockett – 2023
The 5’9 outside hitter is the second best point producer on the team with 2.6 kills per set. She elevates extremely well and has good arm control and decision-making in the air to make the right play above the tape. She can move the ball around with touch and finesse as well as bring pace and range. She also adds 1.6 blocks and 5.9 digs per match for a well-rounded line. She is an uncommitted senior and will be a nice find for a team that has space for her skill set.
Jocelyn Heuser – 2023
The libero for this team is Heuser who has a career average of 5.5 digs per match. Her productivity is up this season as she is currently averaging 7.3 digs per match. She moves well around the floor and responds to the defense with good vision and reaction through her quickness. She earned a season high 13 digs last week in their 2-1 win over Jackson.
Katie McLane – 2023
McLane is another reliable attacker and combines with Brandewie for a formidable duo in the middle for the Hawks. She provides good length at 6’2 that benefits her well offensively as she is terminating nearly two kills per set this season while attacking at an efficiency of .379. McLane is among team leaders in blocking at 1.4 per match. She had a terrific line in their recent 2-1 win over a very good Jackson team in which she contributed team highs with 10 kills and four total blocks.
