Farmington will cruise into the semifinals and meet up with DeSoto. The Dragons are no match for the Knights as Farmington makes the final behind a trio of seniors in [player_tooltip player_id='168922' first='Jade' last='Roth'], [player_tooltip player_id='170397' first='Grace' last='Duncan'], and [player_tooltip player_id='168920' first='Jelena' last='Gray']. Farmington has knocked off everyone in the district and has a loss to St. Pius X on the first weekend of the season.

The battle between Windsor and St. Pius X will be a doozy. Windsor's only loss was a 1-3 setback to Farmington, but other than that, they've punished their opponents. The one common opponent Farmington both teams lost 1-3 and similar scores. Windsor is senior-laden, while St. Pius has talented youth. St. Pius has knocked off Nerinx Hall and Incarnate Word, while Windsor beat Hermann and Ste. Genevieve. If St. Pius X is fully loaded, it will be a brutal battle, but if not, Windsor has the upper hand. With the unknown factor in place, Windsor will advance to the finals with a 3-2 win over the Lancers.

Windsor is looking for redemption for the only setback of the year. At the same time, Farmington is looking for another district title. A 21-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-22 Knights win over the Owls in early September, where [player_tooltip player_id='168920' first='Jelena' last='Gray'] finished with 24 kills and [player_tooltip player_id='168922' first='Jade' last='Roth'] ended with 14. Windsor will counter with [player_tooltip player_id='170398' first='Lexi' last='Menne'], Emma Lawson, Hannah Jarnegan, and [player_tooltip player_id='216461' first='Sydney' last='Green']. Both teams have dynamite defenders in [player_tooltip player_id='124854' first='Katie' last='Moore'] and Brynn Johnson, but the big difference will be [player_tooltip player_id='168922' first='Jade' last='Roth'] in the middle. In the previous meeting, she had 10 rejections. Farmington will take the final with a 3-1 win ending another fantastic year for the Owls.

Parkway West and Visitation Academy will meet up for the second semifinal. Visitation is coming off a monster win over St. Pius X 3-1, and Parkway West already has a 27-25, 25-12 win over the Vivettes. [player_tooltip player_id='221712' first='Elise' last='Frost'] and Madeline Jennings accounted for 18 of the team's 24 kills in that win. The Longhorns get the 3-0 shutout to advance to face Westminster in the finals.

Two weeks ago, Westminster took a 25-20, 27-25, 25-23 win over Parkway West. Parkway West and Visitation will meet up in the other semifinal, and the Longhorns will pull out the 3-0 sweep. Now the final between Westminster and Parkway West is a very intriguing matchup. During the Borgia Tournament, Parkway West split with Westminster in pool play and beat Westminster in the tournament play 25-19, 18-25, and 25-21. In the championship, [player_tooltip player_id='152147' first='Avery' last='Stanfill'] kept the big hitters of [player_tooltip player_id='221712' first='Elise' last='Frost'], [player_tooltip player_id='222058' first='Katie' last='Byergo'], and [player_tooltip player_id='456618' first='Erica' last='Conger'] frustrated with dig after a dig in a Westminster 3-1 win.
