Kildow has over 600 kills on the season while averaging over seven kills per set, which equates to nearly 100 kills more than the next highest kill producer in Ohio. She had a career high 67 assists in a recent 3-2 postseason win over River View. Gress is averaging 12.4 assists per set over their previous four postseason matches. The 6'0 senior right side hitter has offered up her best numbers throughout her varsity career, which includes contributing to back-to-back state championships. She has been a key factor in helping acclimate the Lancers' younger teammates while also finding good success herself, which includes one of her best outputs of the season in their most recent match in which she terminated 19 kills on a .351 efficiency.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul><!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='151988' first='Ella' last='Jackson']</strong> - 2025<br>In just her second varsity season, Jackson asserted herself as a floor leader a season ago in setting the Lancers to the state title. She is doing that again, this time running an offense that consists of veterans as well as new arms to their arsenal. That Lancers have one of the most productive offenses at a collective 14.8 kills per set as Jackson has over 740 assists on the season, which includes recently surpassing 1,600 assists for her career.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list -->
