It was a fast-paced and high-energy few hours. It was almost overwhelming trying to get notes on so many talented athletes! Here are a few stud standouts that caught my eye at the Wisconsin Top 250 Expo.
Alli was explosive from start to finish at the Top 250 Expo. She was aggressive in the front and back row and never missed an opportunity to get on the court. She made some huge plays throughout the expo and was willing to hop on the court at any moment. Alli has a huge approach and powerful arm swing. Every time I made it to a court she was on, she caught my eye!

Kaitlyn caught my eye during the warm up drill. She was scrappy, aggressive, and a confident presence on the court. Nothing got past her. She was quick to react to any balls sent her way and covered her teammates well. Kaitlyn is an incredibly high-level athlete who is an energizer on the court. She is very well rounded — her out of system balls are consistent, she sets her feet early on serve receive and defense, and her platform is clean.

Emma is an explosive pin. She dominates in the front row. Emma has great court awareness and has huge power. Her ability to earn points and end long rallies is impressive. She is great on out of system balls and aggressive with her swings. Emma has a very high ceiling and is an athlete that will only continue to impress at a very high level.

Grace was impressive at the Top 250 Expo. She has a huge swing and a massively explosive approach. You can tell as soon as she transitions that the swing she is about to take will be impactful. She is fast and moves with a purpose on the court. Grace is disciplined in her transition which sets up her offense for success.

Kati is an incredible back row athlete. She sees the court with a high volleyball IQ and is confident with her movement. She makes the toughest digs look easy and rarely misses on serve receive. Kati is scrappy and covers well. Her reaction time is one of the quickest I saw on the court and she is a huge prospect in the class of 2024.
Natalie is the whole package as an athlete. She has an incredibly high volleyball IQ. Her speed and athleticism make her dynamic. And, what I loved most, was her willingness to play any position (and embrace it with a smile). I saw her play on both pins, middle, and as a libero during a transition drill. She hopped in wherever she was needed and gave it her all. Natalie clearly has a great growth mindset and built up the athletes around her.

Rylea was one of the best athletes on the court in the first session. She has a massive presence at the net and moved efficiently from pin to pin for blocking. She was disciplined in her movement which made her impactful on offense and defense. Rylea has a powerful swing and runs a fast-tempo ball out of the middle. She pounded balls even when she was up against a huge block.
