Both teams bring big offensive hitters who have brought both teams to this point of the season, but their backcourt defense and competitive demeanor will extend many of the rallies and keep the scores closely trailing one another. Notre Dame’s libero, Faith Kientzle shows how experienced and comfortable she is playing at a high level and as a senior. She has added 216 digs to her stats this season, but her composure on serve receive is what helps her teammates control the match and stay in system.
