2025 Impressive Setters at the Top 250 Expo

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With the Top 250 Expo in Indiana this weekend, there was plenty of talent all under the same roof.&nbsp; I watched every athlete and picked some of my favorite 2025 setters, so let's discuss them here!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4>[player_tooltip player_id='260986' first='Amanda' last='Ailes'] (2025, S)</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:image {"id":263652,"width":385,"height":256,"sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} --> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2022/12/42-Amanda-Ailes.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-263652" width="385" height="256" /></figure> <!-- /wp:image --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ailes is from Carmel High School. She played in 34 varsity sets last season and was carrying 3.4 APS. She is great at sticking with the play and attacking the ball after her hitter was blocked. At one point at the Expo, she was getting more kills than her hitter. This determination makes Ailes a Gamechanger.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4>[player_tooltip player_id='172310' first='Molly' last='Beatty'] (2025, S)</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Beatty is a 6' setter from Herron High School and she is very athletic, has great ball placement, is great at setting multiple hitters, and has great court awareness and vision. She is very versatile and appears comfortable with adjusting to different styles of hitters. Hunter's ability to make a very difficult job on the court look so easy is what sets her apart from other setters and makes her a game-changer. She is adjusting to different offenses, different hitters, and controlling the court. She works so hard out there and definitely deserves a shout-out. She worked very hard with multiple hitters to make them look good and in the process made herself look like a dream as well. She perfectly set so many hitters and just kept working. She follows the ball after the hit and digs or attacks if needed. She is a fierce competitor and a great setter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
