In the Class of 2026, Legacy is showing early signs of being a force in the 15 Open division.
Already with a national champion leading the way, it could be a very big year for their top 15s squad.
Legacy 15-1 ADIDAS
Ricky Cottrill will be coaching this team, which has big expectations for the 2023 club season.
This team already brings in championship success as Gabby DiVita Gabby DiVita 6'1" | OH Grosse Pt. South | 2026 State MI is staying back to play with her age group this year after helping 15-1 win a national title last season. DiVita has already showcased she can be a dominant six-rotation outside on the national level. At 6’2”, she’s got incredible power and athleticism for her age.
DiVita is joined on the outside by Aubree Deshetsky Aubree Deshetsky 5'9" | OH North Branch | 2026 State MI , who is coming off a big freshman season at North Branch, as well as Madison Geer Madison Geer 5'9" | OH Frankenmuth | 2026 State MI , an outside from Frankenmuth with a high ceiling.
Legacy will bring a lot to the middle, especially in size with 6’3” Ella Andrews Ella Andrews 6'4" | MB Mercy | 2026 State MI , 6’2” Kayla Nwabueze Kayla Nwabueze 6'2" | MB Bloomfield Hills | 2026 State MI and 6’1” Gina Fedrigo Gina Fedrigo 6'0" | MB Utica Eisenhower | 2026 State MI . All three move very well around the net and have great instincts.
Eva Long Eva Long 5'9" | S Fenton | 2026 State MI will be the lone setter for the squad. She’s got a lot of control and should shine very well with all this hitting talent around her.

This squad is proving it should be a national contender early into the club season.
It started the year with a dominant run through the JVA Rock ‘N Rumble to win the 15 Open title. In the 12 sets it won, it held opponents to 10 points or less in six of them.
This past weekend, it finished tied for ninth at the Central Zone Invite, reaching the Gold Bracket of the 15 Open. It looks to be a high ceiling for this squad.
Legacy 15-2 ADIDAS
Kendall Stoll will be coaching this squad, which is already facing some adversity.
Outside hitter Allison Doyle has been dealing with a wrist injury that has her missing the early stages of the season. The six-rotation outside is expected to be back next month.

Chloe Johnson and Liliana Gegovic Liliana Gegovic 5'10" | OH Utica | 2026 State MI are a pair of middle options from Utica that provide consistency at the position throughout the lineup.
Ava Barnes Ava Barnes 5'11" | S Brown City | 2025 State MI and Peyton Lowes Peyton Lowes 5'11" | S Northville | 2026 State MI are the two setting options for the team and working hard to bring the best out of their hitters, especially with the loss od Doyle.
Defensively, Mallory Stoy Mallory Stoy 5'4" | DS/L Novi | 2026 State MI , Maya Sabra and Elise Heimstra made up the libero and DS options. All move very quickly around the floor and have been adaptable to position changes while dealing with the Doyle injury.
It’s been a rocky start to the season due to the injury, as 15-2 ADIDAS has been playing against top competition while trying to piece things together. They have scrapped together a few wins, while forcing other strong teams to three sets. Upon Doyle’s return, look for this team to turn things up a notch.
