2024 prospects have been playing lights out and making big moves during the early club season in the Pacific Northwest. New faces have emerged, and some players in new places have reminded us they can play with anyone. Power Leagues have kicked off, and the first big-time three-day tournament concluded in Eugene, the Matt Hartner Memorial Classic. Local tournaments and Power Leagues will make up the majority of play till Presidents Day Weekend when clubs from Washington will start to play in major travel tournaments with Division 1 coaches in attendance. The Las Vegas Classic will feature a large contingent of clubs from the Evergreen State, and many clubs from across the region will attend events in Auburn, Tacoma, Spokane, Lynwood and Puyallup. Here are several 2024 prospects that have stood out in the early part of the season.

In serve receive she moves her feet and takes the ball on her center line, and cushions a hard serve just the right amount to feed her setter a pass with good tempo. Burke stays calm on defense, setting her feet and keeping balanced before making a move to a hard shot or tip. Her movements aren't rushed or hurried, she works hard to get a good read on the opposing attackers.rnrnu003ca href=u0022https://rsascouting.com/recruits/mailina-burke/u0022u003ehttps://rsascouting.com/recruits/mailina-burke/u003c/au003ernrnu0026nbsp;","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"Jenna Navone","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"2024","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"6'1u0022","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"32564","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"Bishop Blanchet","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"ITVC","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_1_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Navone is a pin hitter for ITVC 17, and offers great length along the frontline, standing at 6'1. As an attacker, she has solid footwork and a fundamentally sound arm swing. She works the deep corners, making it tough on the opposing defenses. In one sequence, Navone took a powerful rip from the right side spot that was dug out over the net, then two other attacks from the outside until she put an end to the rally. The transition offense doesn't seem to be out of system at all when she is taking care of the second ball.
