Channell assumes the top spot among 2025 middles as she had a big fall season for Gilmour Academy, helping her team advance to the state finals for Division II. She has good length at 6’1 and has increased her efficiency in all aspects of her movement and arm work in the air. After two varsity seasons she is averaging 2.7 career kills at a .504 efficiency while also averaging 2.8 blocks per match. She currently competes for AVC 16 Red.

Another AVC 16 Red prospect, the 6’0 lefty Groomes makes a huge jump in the 2025 rankings after a big high school effort for SJA. Assuming the top spot among right side pin attackers, she has established herself as one to watch at the opposite position due to her athleticism, elevation, and huge arm in the air that can generate great pace and power.

The 6’1 Wolf improved her offensive output from her freshman season on both sides of the ball for Ross, emerging as one of the biggest stock risers out of the fall high school season. She is athletic and competes with a swag that drives her confidence and effort. Her athleticism leads to seemingly effortless execution at times offensively through which she can put a lot of pressure on opponents. Averaging nearly four kills per set this past fall, you can watch her compete with Black Swamp 171 this club season.

Culler, an Archbold product, competes for Legacy’s (Michigan) top 16U team providing a big arm to their offensive arsenal. The 5’11 pin creates good elevation and contact point that leads into good pace and range at the top of her jump. Delivering 370 total kills over the recent high school season through a high location offense, look for her execution and impact to change as part of her club’s high level of talent and quicker style tempo.

Among the most fundamentally sound middles in this class, Thomas is steady. As part of Mintonette’s 14U team that won a GJNC national title a season ago, Thomas provides a critical presence and impact in the middle phase. Back with Mintonette’s m.51 team this season, she is simple in her footwork and approach execution and understands spacing and timing well to create good scoring opportunities off her arm.
