Setter:
Isabella Shondelmyer Isabella Shondelmyer S Broken Arrow | 2026 OK – She plays for Tulsa Power Volleyball 15-2 and attends Broken Arrow High School. She is a hard worker and a competitor at heart: two critical things that any good setter must possess. She will be getting top level coaching at both locations. She will also be surrounded by talented passers and hitters to help her play continue to rise.
Ana Appel Ana Appel S Victory Christian | 2026 OK – She plays for Tulsa Power Volleyball 15-1 and attends Victory Christian High School. She is also a part of two solid programs where she will flourish. She already is progressing with her jump setting and attacking when setting in the front row. Her soft touch on her sets and ability to serve tough has allowed her to already become a starter at Victory Christian. Look for her to be a cornerstone of the rise of VC in the title conversation again.
Middle Blocker:
Skylar Brady Skylar Brady MB Edmond North | 2026 OK – She plays for Peak 15Ep and attends Edmond North High School. She has a very mature set of skills that is going to help her shine brightly. Put me down for saying that Edmond North will make it back to the state tournament this next season and Brady will be a part of very talented sophomore group. She is good defensively but even better offensively. If you haven’t witnessed her play lately in person, you need to find a way to do so quickly. Colleges in particular should find her court this club season.
Defensive Specialist:
Tatum Simmons Tatum Simmons 5'6" | DS/L Jenks | 2026 OK – She plays for Virago 15-1 and attends Jenks High School. Tatum is a hard working individual who plays for one of the best high school programs in the state. Tatum is a natural leader for her club team. She does what she is asked and goes 100% all the time. Her ability to read and preemptively move to be in the right spot to make a play sets her apart from most. She is definitely someone who makes everyone around her better and, therefore, is an impact player for any team.
Outside Hitter:
Kamryn Collins Kamryn Collins 5'7" | OH Cache | 2026 OK : She plays for OK Charge 15 National and attends Cache High School. I got to witness first hand her abilities at the Cache Varsity Tournament this past school season. She was making plays in every match she was in. She instantly helped her high school program her freshman season. She has really good arm mechanics that allow her to put some mustard on the ball. She will one of the best small school players in the coming years.
These athletes are all deserving of some recognition. They will be some of the state’s best in the near future and players that future youngsters will look up to and want to emulate. Prep Dig will continue covering Oklahoma athletes and trying to help push the sport forward!
