Club Team Preview: Excel NW 17 LUX

Kristen Lee and Haley Yoder will be the coaches training the team as it makes its way through the 2023 club season. This group is experienced, with versatility and skill. She will deliver a power tip on offense, using her length to power it down to the court quickly, or throw it to a corner when there is an opening. Playing libero, she worked well reading hitters from the left back position. Rather than sit behind the blockers, she looks to find the holes and play the attacker there. The outside hitter was a second team all-league selection for the Fighting Ducks, and played her best against one the better schools in the state in 2B, Kalama. She is incredibly versatile, and could be used at setter, outside hitter and libero if needed this season. She is enthusiastic and brings the energy on each play, celebrating with and for here team. As a passer she has a rock solid platform, and when hitting she can use the line to score.
