– 2024 | MH | Rock City 17-1 National
This team is solid but Lester, uncommitted, is a visible standout given her physicality. She is very active in the middle on both sides of the ball and gets up well off the floor to attack and defend high above the net. At 6’2, she has great length and uses her frame and extension to impact this team’s in-system fast offense well with stable and powerful production. On the blocking side, her footwork is quick and fluid as she applies great pressure upon opposing attackers. She has big upside and certainly deserves continued evaluation for an opportunity at the next level.
Darby Ricketts – 2025 | OH/DS | OPVC 17 Day
Ricketts is fun to watch. She has good six-rotation skills with a range of tools as an attacker on the left side and out of the back row. At 5’8, she is athletic and her physicality and ability to read on the defensive side and craft her point production with aggressive swings or effective off speed chips and rolls has been honed by her experience in the sand. She is noticeable on the floor with the full scope of her game and the competitiveness she brings that fuels this team.

– 2025 | MB | NKYVC 16-1 Tsunami
Blackburn provides a dimension for this team that elevates their middle presence. Still raw in her development, at 6’3, she uses her length well to make an impact on the defensive side as she gets her hands across the net well. Her footwork will continue to improve and as she becomes more fluid and increases her speed, she will undoubtedly become an even bigger factor defensively and more available and reliable offensively. Her progress from a season ago is noticeable and she is now in an environment that is challenging her more to adapt to the speed and competition required of a national-level squad.
Alexis Woolf – 2024 | DS/L |
Tri-State Elite
17 Blue
Woolf is part of a corps of defensive specialists for this team that has the ability to take control of games with their collective skills in the back row. The Ryle High School product is an engaged defender through her preparation, dynamic position and movement, and ability to react quickly to the ball coming off the attackers arm. She defends with a good range of skills to the floor or up overhead to create quality opportunities for their offense to get big swings. She has great competitive experience and recently surpassed 1,000 career digs for Ryle.
Natalie Knigga – 2025 | OH | NKYVC 16-2 Tide
Knigga had a big sophomore season for her Lawrenceburg team that is translating well to the club season through the first few weeks. She enters her 16’s season with more confidence and increased effectiveness of her arm as she has improved her power and range after she was selected the Dearborn County Offensive Player of the Year. At 5’9, she can produce some good pace offensively. She also has skills to contribute in the ball control phase and has spent time as a setter with good touch and location ability between the pins.
