ATX Showcase – Players to Watch – Outsides

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another big club volleyball tournament is coming up this weekend in the state of Texas as teams from all over the Lone Star State will head to its capital Austin for the 2023 ATX Showcase.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The massive event will feature 17 divisions and as many as 414 teams, which will compete in six different venues around the city. She had a stellar freshman high school season with Austin and continues to make noise throughout club. Malloy's size is understandably the first thing that stands out in her game, but there's much more to it as not many players in her age know how to take advantage of it as she does. Her offense is very strong as she can hit at a very high level from the left, the right and the back and combines reach and precision with her shots in a great way - Malloy is equally efficient hitting a quick set at the pin or an out-of-system set. Hinton is a very strong offensive player, who has great hitting mechanics that improves her reach and power and allows her to score from anywhere on the court, but she also stands out in several other ways, besides being extremely consistent. As she also plays on the sand, Hinton has developed an excellent all-around game, which shows when she's passing or playing defense. One thing that immediately stands out about Tribe's game is how confident she is in her game as, even in the most difficult situations, she never takes her foot off the gas on offense. She's a powerful hitter, but a smart one too, as she often finds creative solutions to difficult situations. She's sometimes overloaded by her teams because of her outstanding production, but also seems ready to do more.
