[player_tooltip player_id='349123' first='Niyah' last='Lester'] - MB | Rock City
One of the best additions to the rankings this cycle for 2024, Lester is garnering increased attention over the club season given the continued success of her team and then the realization, once observers arrive at their court, that she has some big upside to her skills. She is a strong and physical middle that can make a huge impact every time she steps on the floor. She has noticeable athleticism in her ability to get off the floor and has a fast-twitch quality to her movement that benefits her game as a defender and her improving qualities as a point scorer.

[player_tooltip player_id='349125' first='Samantha' last='Hartman'] - S | Rock City
Hartman is the floor leader for this Rock City squad that has few weaknesses. They have good depth of offensive weapons around the floor and Hartman does a great job of getting them involved in good spots by distributing a variety of attacking options and through her consistent location and tempo. She also contributes well in other phases as she became the career service aces leader for Mentor HS this past fall while also showing quickness and good range defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='239943' first='Adella' last='Rodriguez'] - OH | TVC (*pictured)
A 5'11 outside hitter, Rodriguez has a big arm with good point scoring potential each time she steps on the court. She continues to showcase her arm with her club team following a big high school season last fall where she terminated a career high 320 kills to lead her team. She can generate good power upon contact and approaches with good vision that helps her create range to put a lot of pressure on opposing defenses.

[player_tooltip player_id='342071' first='Julia' last='Jozefov'] - MB | Southwest
Jozefov has good size and length at 6'1 and is a key piece to Southwest's effort on both sides of the ball. She has improved her point scoring ability as she is hitting with increased power and through good efficiency success in her opportunities. On the defensive side, this may be her best area of contribution as exampled by her team high 75 blocks for her Brunswick high school team for a 3.1 blocks/match average last fall season.

[player_tooltip player_id='354875' first='Hannah' last='Alvarez'] - OH | Southwest
Alvarez was a key element to the balanced offense for a good St. Joseph's Academy team last fall as she was one of four athletes with over 150 total kills on the season and averaging two kills per set. She was also a team leader in digs while averaging 5.7 digs/match. This translates well to her club effort with Southwest as a primary left side. At 5'9, she has good athleticism to get up and and swing aggressively and create good pace at the peak of her approach work.
