Continue Reading2026 is a special class of players. There is talent spread all throughout the state. This class helps prove what we have been saying, the state of Oklahoma is on the rise! Let’s take a look at a handful of players by position that are on our radar for the upcoming 2026 rankings list. They are in no particular order, just players we have been able to watch and are on our radar to become ranked. Defensive Specialist:
Rachel Megna Rachel Megna 5'6" | DS/L OCS | 2026 OK – She plays for Peak 15-1 and attends OCS High School. She is a back row beast! She will be a big reason OCS continues to climb back into the state playoffs and stays there for years to come. She does a great job of reading and adjusting prior to the hitter making contact. This is such an important skill that great defensive specialists possess. I think she could be one of the best in the state, no matter the class or age.
Setter:
Camryn Burress Camryn Burress 5'5" | S Norman | 2026 OK – She plays for Rise 15-2 and attends Norman High School. Camryn was a pleasant surprise when watching her team. She is a hard worker that loves to compete. Her soft touch going into her hands and strong finish leaving, help keep her sets very consistent and easy to track for her hitters. I’m excited to see what she brings to the table this upcoming school season. She had a great example in Emma Henry Emma Henry 5'9" | S Norman | 2023 State OK to watch this past season.
Olivia Branum Olivia Branum 5'11" | S Westmoore | 2026 OK – She plays for Peak 15-1 and attends Westmoore High School. We have covered her in plenty of previous articles and will likely continue to do so. She has the capability to be a phenomenal player for the state. Her team sits at 4th in the nation and 33-1 on the season. SHOW ME and LONE STAR will be big tournaments for this team. They have a real chance to get a bid and then bump up a division and upgrade their bid.
Outside Hitter:
Saniya Craven Saniya Craven 5'7" | RS Glenpool | 2026 OK – She plays for UPVBC 15 Elite and attends Glenpool High School. Saniya was an impact player this past season for Glenpool High School. Her freshman class was huge in getting them to the state tournament. Saniya is playing outside hitter for UPVBC and will likely transition there for Glenpool as well this next year. She has a huge vertical and power in her swing. She is getting better and better as the club season goes at controlling her swing and going for particular shots.
Alia DeBerry Alia DeBerry OH Sand Springs | 2026 OK – She plays for UPVBC 15 Elite and attends Charles Page High School. Alia got plenty of starting time for Sand Springs this past season and will likely be a 4 year starter. She has the ability to play at either pin and help her team. A great young talent for SS to build around.
These athletes are all deserving of some recognition. They will be some of the state’s best in the near future and players that future youngsters will look up to and want to emulate. Prep Dig will continue covering Oklahoma athletes and trying to help push the sport forward!
