Continue ReadingWe are super proud to unveil the first release of the 2026 State Rankings List. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.
Paisley Pavliska Paisley Pavliska 5'10" | OH Floresville | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-9 Outside (HS: Floresville/Club: Alamo/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Pavliska officially to the State Rankings. Paisley is currently ranked as the 7th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball for Floresville High School and also plays for the awesome Alamo club program. We have written about Paisley a few times this year before we released the rankings and every word that we have written was warranted with what we have seen from her play. This young lady is the prototypical point scoring threat that every team wishes they had. Some players are only threats from one location or at one tempo. Miss Pavliska is a threat from the front row, back row, left side, right side, out of the middle in second tempo sets, from the service line, and probably from the bench also if that were legal. I heard a rumor once that she scored a point before the game started as the ref watched her warm up and just assumed she would score. Just kidding. But honestly if there was ever a phenom to come out of the San Antonio area that college coaches should start watching now, it is her. She is just so smooth with the way she moves on the court toward the ball in every aspect. Her movement is so fluid that it almost seems as if she is dancing on the court while everyone else is struggling to playing a sport. We are very proud to have her listed as a state ranked player. Please help us congratulate her on being listed in the top ten of the entire state of Texas.
Dawn Moore Dawn Moore 5'9" | RS Mansfield Lake Ridge | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-1 Right Side (HS: Lake Ridge/Club: Madfrog ‘ last=”]/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Moore officially to the State Rankings. Dawn is currently ranked as the 8th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Lake Ridge High School and also for the Madfrog ‘ last=”] volleyball club. I was officially introduced to Miss Moore at the first Tour of Texas stop where my jaw hit the ground when I saw her sky above the net. Her ability to rise off of the ground and stay in the air made me put my phone down and pay very close attention. I knew immediately that she not only would make the rankings, but be listed very high. The Opposite position is a difficult one to judge because there are players who spend time at multiple positions when we watch them and we have to take a ton more into consideration because of that. That makes the pool of athletes to choose from very large. So it really is saying a lot that Dawn is listed as the best right side in her grad class. Seeing her stuff block would-be attackers over and over was what shot her up the list. She is just the perfect combination of power and grace on the court and it is very beautiful to watch at such a young age. That also makes it very scary for everyone who will go up against her in the future because she will only get better with more time. We are going to love covering her career. Please help us congratulate her on being named the top right side in the Texas 2026 class.
Jordan Turner Jordan Turner 5'6" | S Wylie East | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-6 Setter (HS: Wylie East/Club: Texas Advantage Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Turner officially to the State Rankings. Jordan is currently ranked as the 11th best overall prospect and second best setter in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Wylie East High School and also for the famed Texas Advantage Volleyball club. Most of the 2026 class is playing at the 15’s level and it is stacked with talent across the state. Jordan is one of the elite players who is playing up at the 16’s Open level. When it comes to potential for the future, a lot of coaches and scouts will agree that this young lady’s ceiling is extremely high. When I have watched her play in person this season I remarked to many people about how soft her hands truly are during contact and release. She is just one of those setters who is super smooth with every aspect of the game. Her smaller frame is also very strong and she showcases that strength when she pushes the balls to the pins during out of system plays. College coaches and scouts will also love how fast the ball comes out of her hands. Her release is super quick. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot on our State Rankings.
