The talent level in the class of 2024 is very high in Wisconsin, and many teams will be making the trip to Chicago for the Windy City Qualifier this weekend.
Madison is a lefty right side who has a huge impact on the court. Standing at over 6 feet tall, she has a huge presence at the net, and delivers great blocks and block touches. She also has a powerful swing and heavy hand on the ball. York is an athlete with huge potential to play at the next level.
Kendall is a versatile pin who can play at a high level across the court. She can swing on either pin and has the ability to play in all six rotations. Kendall has a truly massive vertical and quick arm swing and snap on the ball. She has numerous shots and speeds she utilizes to earn points on the court.
Laurin is a bit of a hidden gem in the class of 2024. She plays lights out defense ever point of every game from the first match on day 1 of a tournament through the very last point. She is mentally tough, gritty, and has a lot of experience in the libero position. She is a leader on the court and an impressive libero to watch.
Briana is a well-rounded and versatile athlete. She can play all six rotations and has a powerful swing in both the front and back row. Briana can also play on either pin and is impactful in her pass to attack. She has a clean platform on defense and serve receive and betters the ball with every contact she has.
Mackenzie is an athlete who is newer on my radar but has been impressive nonetheless. She is a pin who has an competitive mentality on the court and will do anything to earn points. Whether she is switching up her shots or her speed on the ball, Mackenzie is smart and impactful with her swings.
Annalise is a lethal pin who just keeps leveling up her game every time I see her play. At the Badger Qualifier she was hitting over some massive blocks and ripping balls to the 10 and 12 foot line. She is powerful, athletic, and smart on the court. She can swing out of the back row as well and never misses an opportunity to play defense.
Highlights
Olivia can play on both the right side and out of the middle. She puts up a solid block and has a long reach and high contact point on her swings. When she connects on a tempo set it is awesome! She is an athlete whose potential is nearly infinite, especially with the effort and improvement she has on the court.
Ella is a middle hitter who is an energizer on the court. She takes big swings and puts up an even bigger block. She reads opposing setters well and has great timing and a consistent press on her block. Ella brings big energy and leadership to every team she plays on and is an impact player in some way on nearly every point.
Eavan is a setter with great ball control, soft hands, and a level-headed demeanor on the court. She has a consistent and powerful serve that typically spends several points at the service line every time she is up. She moves the ball around well and is a natural leader on the court.
