– Rogue 17 GO
The 5’8 left side attacker can be an effective point scorer as she is fundamentally sound in the air with her arm to open up to the ball well and use the full movement of her swing to create good pace. The kills leader for Davidson last fall during the high school season, she provides good offense for this team with her elevation that leads to her heat and range.

Schlotterer is a primary option for this team and sees a high volume of opportunity to swing as a six-rotation outside hitter. She has good movement in her approach footwork and patterns to get to the ball so she is balanced in the air. At 5’10, she has good arm control to score with power and to find gaps in the defense with good touch and finesse.

– Air City Chix 17 Pink
The 5’10 Thompson is the most versatile athlete on this team as she contributes well in just about ever aspect of the game. When in the front row she is part of the serve receive pattern and delivers with good movement and angles. As an attacker she is aggressive in the air and can score from both sides. She shares the distribution role and continues to improve in her location and use of force to deliver the ball through both pins with increase accuracy.

Bryant is 5’9 with effective tools as a six-rotation outside hitter. She gets good lift off the floor, which helps her maximize her contact point well to swing high and through the full scope of the court. She also contributes well in the serve receive and defensive phases in the back row.
Meredith Frey – Mintonette m.73
Frey is a well-rounded prospect. At 5’8, she contributes well with her ball control and defense through which she was the team leader for Davidson last fall at 12 digs per match. She has the ability to be offensive also as she has good arm control to move the ball around and extend the opposing defense.
