Slusher is 6’1, which means she brings a lot of length to the outside hitter position. She has consistently shown a strong skill set as an attacker with her ability to use her high contact point well to terminate with good range through sharp cross and line zones and in challenging the high hands and seam of the block. She and her team will be at AAU nationals.

Thomas is a 2025 prospect and plays a key role as a middle for Mintonette’s top 15U team. She is efficient in her movement and contributes well through her three rotations in the front row both offensively and as a net defender. The 5’11 Thomas identifies the ball well in transition that helps her create good timing and spacing to be a factor for quick options, which is a big add for this offense considering their tempo and the damage their pins can do when they get space.

Raising her stock over the course of the season has been Northern who has grown more aggressive and confident in her skills, especially on the offensive side. She can be explosive off the floor as she gets good lift, which complements the advantages she has with being 6’1. She can terminate through a range of quick options in front of the setter and has continued to increase her timing and arm to be effective at the opposite position, which could be a good long-term role for her given her ability to use her size and jump as a blocker.
Maddie Cho – DS | NKYVC 15-1
Cho has been a stable contributor for this team for the past couple of seasons. She enters into the back row for three rotations as a defensive specialist and has tools to apply good pressure to support the work she does with her platform. She has good serve receive mechanics and is a big part of the defensive effort that is a key piece to this team’s success.
Nizhoni Clement – MB | AVC CLE 15 Red
Clement is an athlete. She works hard to get herself available offensively in the transition phase as she floats in the air until contact is made. She gained some good varsity level experience last fall during her freshman season for Berea-Midpark, which is elevating this club season as she competes with some of the best talent in this class in Ohio and against some of the nation’s best teams.

The 6’1 pin hitter helps develop a lot of depth for this team that will be among the favorites at the upcoming GJNC. At 6’1, she has great size to make an impact on both sides of the ball. Her foundation is in place and has she continues to improve the quality of her movement patterns and increases the speed of her footwork and arm, she has potential to become a high impact prospect.
