Lambers is a 6'3 middle with improved quality in her movement, aggressiveness and efficiency offensively around her setter. The Seton product averaged 1.9 k/s in 2022, placing her in the top-20 offensively in the GGCL while defensively she finished top-10 in blocking. With nearly 300 assists for the Minutemen last fall, she followed that effort with a solid club season as the primary floor leader for Maverick. She has good command of the court with the ability to distribute consistent tempo and location in all directions given her footwork and high hand position. She is committed to Wright State. With a career average of 8.6 d/m, she led the Pioneers in 2022 with over 11 digs per contest. She provided good depth in serve receive and defensively for her Mintonette squad this recent club season as she has a well-rounded toolbox for creating transition opportunities for her team. She is quick with her first step and in her reaction with her hands and platform in all directions. She tracks the ball well as her balance and quickness allow her to create range with good angles that help develop quality transition opportunities. She plays for a Lake Catholic team that won the DIII state title in 2022 although she was out with an injury. The previous season she offered up 2.0 k/s and will return to support their offensive depth as well as fill a gap left behind by the graduation of their top defensive contributor. With good six-rotation skills, she is athletic and fluid in her movement to maximize her physical tools well. She gets good lift and swings with a high elbow to maximize her contact point at the peak of her jump with ability to terminate on both sides of the floor. At 3.0 k/s in 2022, she led Wilmington offensively, terminating over 200 kills while also contributing well defensively with 14.6 d/m.
