2024 Rankings: Five Stock Risers

She competes for SUA (Toledo) during the high school season and returns with added experience and greater polish to her game as a setter. Her size at 6'1 is a huge asset to her game as she can contact high and also put a lot of pressure on opponents with her ability to score herself at the second touch. She has experience as part of USA Volleyball's NTDP and is committed to Boston College.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='349123' first='Niyah' last='Lester'] - Brush<br>Lester burst on to the scene early this recent club season regarding her value for the next level. Uncommitted in the early months, she gained a lot of exposure as a middle for a very good [program_tooltip program_id='431573' first='RockCity' last=''] team that experienced a lot of success. Her floor presence for them was very noticeable given her infectious effort and energy combined with her athleticism and explosiveness. She has the potential to be an impact kid given what she recently displayed against some of the nation's best teams in recent months. She is committed to Ball State.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='114568' first='Addy' last='Brus'] - <br>The St. Louis commit also increased her value and gained added attention over the recent club season largely due to her ability to elevate and hammer the ball. At 5'10, she has big lift that allows her to challenge net defenses extremely well including finding and exposing space in the block. She has a full skill set to contribute all around the floor with her quickness, platform work and range in serve receive and defensively, in addition to her ability to get up and over the net quickly when blocking. Brus was a 1st team GGCL selection as one of few offensive threats that averaged over three kills per set. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='198487' first='Natalie' last='Robinson'] - Hudson<br>Robinson has some of the best length in this class. At 6'4, her stock over the club season as the quality of her presence and movement in the middle phase of the game has increased, which allows her to use her length to her advantage. She shows good patience in the offensive aspects to create good space and timing and on the defensive side as well to use her size to take up a lot of space above the net. In 2022 for Hudson, she averaged 2.2 kills per set while leading the Explorers with a total of 71 blocks. She will take her game to Rutgers at the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='169128' first='Hannah' last='Pattie'] - Lake Catholic<br>Along with Mott, Pattie is a big mover in the setting role. She joined AVC this recent club season and helped guide their top 17U team to a lot of success. This followed a fantastic high school campaign in which she earned over 1,000 assists on the season as she guided the Lake Catholic offense to a DIII Ohio state championship. The 1st team all-Ohio selection is committed to Campbell and may arrive there with another state title under her belt given the her skills and the returning talent for the Cougars. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
