<p>Club season has finished and tryouts have begun. High school practices have started, so there is a new focus for volleyball players. The goal for winning a medal at Nationals has now changed to winning league conferences and CIF. Many, many great liberos showed up and performed. These players below were a big part of maintaining the defense for their teams. They would dive, dig and pop up balls to keep them in play. They would pass, cover their pins and be ready for receiving serves. They are quick and light on their feet. Liberos play a huge part in the game. Before high school season starts, here's a recap of 15 liberos/defensive specialists. </p>
