Before High School Season Starts Series, Recap of Middles.

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Club season has finished and tryouts have begun. High school practices have started, so there is a new focus for volleyball players. The goal for winning a medal at Nationals has now changed to winning league conferences and CIF. Many, many great middles showed up and performed. Being the first line of defense, the middles below played a huge part in the game by blocking and scoring at the net. They would shift to help pins block on the sides, they would penetrate the net with high hands, and they were quick to lateral side to side. They would capitalize on overpasses and kill them. Middles play an important part in the game.
