We preferred to keep our rankings at 120 to stay consistent with the 2024s. However, there were so many new players to add and so few we wanted to extract that the list expanded to 130. That may hold true for 2026 as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='434859' first='Gabriella' last='Prather'] middle (Maryland Jrs) #37 - When you stand 6'3" and can hit quicks in the middle you are bound to get noticed. She covers a lot of territory with her blocks. Her tips also have some heavy downward action to create some tough digs. Gabriella transitions well from blocking to hitting. Once she gets used to her long limbs her movements should get faster.

[player_tooltip player_id='434853' first='Elizabeth' last='Higday'] setter (Moco Mayhem) #47 - She distributes her sets well while setting a 5/1. At 5'9" she carries enough height to be a presence at the net. She appears to have grown a couple inches since her sophomore season at Georgetown Day. With [player_tooltip player_id='180285' first='Clara' last='Yu'] a senior it should be quite the battle for the setting role.

[player_tooltip player_id='397547' first='Mariya' last='Carson'] left side (Moco Mayhem) #57 - She played six rotations, showing quick movements in the back row allowing her to play a stellar defense. She also puts some velocity on the ball hitting from the left side. At 5'10" she adds a good block to her burgeoning tool kit. An all around solid player who appears to have the ability to play anywhere on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='397546' first='EvaJolie' last='Cavalier'] middle (Moco Mayhem) #65 - Impressed with her middle play. At 6'0" she brings good height to the middle, but she also combines that with strong athleticism. She moves quickly covering the pins and her serve can also get you some points. Plays with a lot of intensity.

[player_tooltip player_id='397550' first='Chloe' last='Bonney-James'] middle (Virginia Volleyball Academy) #69 - At 6'0" she brings good length to the court. She also hits quicks using various locations along the net. When she is on the same wave length with her setter she can be difficult to contain.

[player_tooltip player_id='397548' first='Sonia' last='Breslawec'] left side (Moco Mayhem) #71 - A six rotation player who hits the ball high and hard over the block. Her hits seem to find the deep corners. When her timing is right she shows a quick, whip like swing that triggers some mean velocity on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='402429' first='Kaleigh' last='Williams'] Middle (Paramount) #74 - She plays for the 15 team and can dominate the middle. She can also play right side. Whether hitting in the middle or on the right she seems to prefer the higher sets to put the ball down. Her approach jump reaches close to 10 feet (9'9").

[player_tooltip player_id='428533' first='Isabel' last='Morales'] Libero (Paramount) #82 - With [player_tooltip player_id='235291' first='Sadee' last='Gedse'] as the regular libero Isabel does not see a lot of playing time. At the Junior Nationals she came in as the second libero. She also plays as a defensive specialist. Has the platform to provide the setter good passes and plays a solid back row on defense. Definitely has the tools to start as a libero for most teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='434854' first='Sadie' last='Wilkinson'] left side (Beach Elite Black) #92 - She brings a quick arm swing to the middle. For her high school team she appears to hit outside. At 5'11" the outside would be where she would be most effective.

[player_tooltip player_id='399509' first='Lauryn' last='Allen'] right side (Paramount) #94 - She brings a good vertical to the right side. Even at 5'8" she can bring her hands up high enough to put up a solid block at the net.

[player_tooltip player_id='399508' first='Leana' last='Gould'] right side (Paramount) #100 - At 5'11" she brings more length to the right side, but her vertical falls a bit shorter than her teammate Lauryn. The fourth Paramount player (see picture above) added to this list.

[player_tooltip player_id='434855' first='Alexandra' last='Lynch'] setter ((Blue Ridge) #103 - Good hands to distribute sets to all areas of the court. Her 5'7" height usually restricts her to the back row.

[player_tooltip player_id='434856' first='Sydney' last='Stone'] libero ((Beach Elite Black) #105 - When I watched her at Junior Nationals she played a scrambling defense. Definitely loved the hustle in her game.

[player_tooltip player_id='434860' first='Jasmine' last='Nelson'] setter (Maryland Jrs. Black) #109 - Distributes her sets well and even demonstrated the ability to push out a one handed set to the outside. You do not see a lot of that at this age level.

[player_tooltip player_id='397545' first='Katelyn' last='Strike'] middle (Moco Mayhem) #112 - Her height remains her big selling point. Quicker movement to the pins would move her up in the rankings. She could still be effective as a right side. The fifth Moco player on this list. They are ranked seventh in the Chesapeake Region and this forced me to put them on the radar.

[player_tooltip player_id='434857' first='Tessa' last='Kurz'] left side (Beach Elite Red) #114 - Liked her quick movement in the back row and her ability to put the ball away in the front row. That defines a six rotation player.

[player_tooltip player_id='434858' first='Nora' last='Costello'] left side (Beach Elite Black) #115 - She can tag the ball with some velocity on the left side.

[player_tooltip player_id='395684' first='Jessica' last='Ding'] setter (East Coast Power Valor) #117 - She has the hands to set but her 5'7" height could relegate her to a back row, defensive position. She carries the skills to do either.

[player_tooltip player_id='393939' first='Gabrielle' last='Washington'] middle (Chesapeake Elite Cardinals) #122 - Only seen video of her play where her 6'1" height comes into play putting the ball down from the middle position. Definitely a player to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='434851' first='Caitlin' last='Doherty'] right side (MVSA Sparks) #128 - Made some critical kills from the right side that her team won in overtime at the Junior Nationals.
