Collier is a stringy middle with a nice elevation out of the middle. Quick off the ground and sweet swing makes her a hard middle to defend.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Melissa Allen 5'10" – Rock Bridge</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Used more as a defensive presence last season, Melissa should be Rock Bridge's go-to player this year. She is a quick and athletic middle who runs a fast slide. Her offensive numbers will skyrocket this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Addysen Alvis – 5'9” - Rock Bridge</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Addysen would finish 4^th in kills on a senior-laden team. This year will be Alvis's time to shine. She is still a little raw, but her potential has yet to be reached. Depending where she plays is yet to be determined, but she could play on either pin because of her passing capabilities or a quick middle who can carry a heavy load for the Bruins.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Kenedi Canty – 5'10" - Hickman</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kenedi returns for her last year at Hickman after finishing 4^th in kills last season. Canty gives Hickman two middles with height, quickness, and elevation, making the Kewpies challenging in the middle.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Aubrey Sandbothe – 5'9" – Blair Oaks</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Two-time defending Class 3 champion Falcons return a stacked team, and Sandbothe's contribution will increase. Aubrey will be used more for her defense at the net but gives Blair Oaks a middle that can keep the opposition honest from cheating to the pins because she has the potential to be a game-changer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Emily Stange – 5'11” - Salem</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The potential is there for Emily to become a shutdown blocker for the Tigers. Emily's a strong athlete who takes up a lot of space in the middle. She moves well in transition and to the pins and uses her power to rack up kills.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
