[player_tooltip player_id='237807' first='Reece' last='Cook'] – 2025 – Ozark

Ozark will be in good hands for the next two years as Reece returns to run the offense after having an outstanding season as a sophomore. Cook finished last year with 1085 putting her sixth in the state in assists. She will have plenty of firepower around her this year, and I expect her to become more of an offensive-minded distributor.

The Eagles lost one of the best setters in program history, and Bray came in, and the team didn't miss a beat. Jacy is a fierce competitor, quick with great hands, and isn't afraid to catch the defense off guard with her fantastic deep court setter dumps. She should pass 2000 career assists this year.

Ava Walters – 2024 – Springfield Catholic

At 5'10, Walters has the size to put up a solid block and gives her team a solid offensive threat on the second contact. She is fast, has a high IQ, and feeds her pin hitters on point—a solid setter at the next level who plays tough defense.

Reagan Greenway – 2024 – Kickapoo

Coming off a Class 5 runner-up finish Kickapoo will look to return to the title match. A big part of this will lean on Greenway and her distribution. She is a spark plug for the Chiefs, leading the team with 643 assists and giving her team the edge with her tough jump float.

[player_tooltip player_id='493000' first='Hannah' last='Gardner'] – 2025 – Kickapoo

The second part of the 6-2 for Kickapoo is the 5'10” combo setter/hitter Gardner. I was impressed with her at the final four last year as she is a great setter and racks up the kills on the right pin. The lefty puts up a mean block, plays hard-nosed defense, and can slam the ball on the second contact.
