[player_tooltip player_id='475328' first='Audrey' last='Schaeffer'] – 5'6” – DS – Incarnate Word Academy   Audrey is learning from two of the best defenders in the Saint Louis Metro area and could start on a lot of other programs as the libero. She has a great platform passing and isn't afraid to get on the floor to keep her team alive in rallies. Will become a fantastic libero before she graduates.   Madi Lansdown – 5'6” – DS – Clever   Clever is off to a great start at 17-3-2 and Madi is making significant contributions to the team. One of the primary passers and top five in digs. Plays crosscourt defense and sucks up the coverage on her hitters. Might be a couple of years before she's the starting libero but will be a doozy.   [player_tooltip player_id='485637' first='Hayden' last='Jones'] and [player_tooltip player_id='485642' first='Ryleigh' last='Maxwell'] – DS – Valley Caledonia   The Vikings have four freshmen in the starting rotation and none more important than Hayden and Ryleigh. Combined they have 453 digs on the season almost half of the team total. Valley will be in good hands defensively for three more seasons. Both rank in the top 10 for Missouri's smallest class.   Joree Mcbride – DS – Branson   If the last name rings a bell, it's because her mom was the one who built Winona into a Class 1 power. Now at Branson her daughter Joree is making an immediate impact on varsity. One of the primary passers and fourth on the team in digs with 90. Great passer and defender who appears to have great hands and is a player you can tell is a coach's kid.
