We have been watching the 2024 class very closely throughout the entire club season. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.
Eryn Peek Eryn Peek 6'0" | MB Frisco Wakeland | 2024 State TX [2024] 6-0 Middle/Right Side (HS: Wakeland/Club: Dallas Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please officially welcome Miss Peek to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 91st best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Wakeland High School and also for the Dallas Skyline volleyball club. Miss Peek is extremely versatile as she plays both middle and right side. As a blocker at the net in both positions, she provides much needed defense by taking up a lot of space from the attacker to slow them down. Her long arms press over the net well as she seals it away from would be point scorers. As an attacker out of the middle, I really like how she is always available in front of the setter for quicks. She truly understands tempo and is on time with her setter. The one aspect that is amazing about her play is how she runs the slide behind her setter. Her varsity squad uses her as a right side often and she runs this route to perfection. It is very lethal every time she attempts it. We will be watching her closely during her senior season. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot on our State Rankings list.
Brooklyn Spikes Brooklyn Spikes 6'2" | MB Conroe | 2024 State TX [2024] 6-2 Middle (HS: Conroe/Club: TAV Houston/Verbal: Southwestern)
Please welcome Miss Spikes to the prestigious State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 119th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Conroe High School and also for the Texas Advantage Houston volleyball club. Brooklyn is a fantastic middle who excels both offensively and defensively for any team she plays for. Miss Spikes can fly! I love how easily she gets up off of the ground and soars above the net. She is very light on her feet and patrols the net really well. Her movement laterally to close the block on either pin is done at a very elite level. Here are many times where she will jump with a hitter block them and then have to jump again immediately for an out of system block. She doesn’t lose any height on her vertical and that is how you know she has some serious vertical skills. Brooklyn plays with a lot of fire and that adds to the momentum of the team that is definitely needed. Recently she committed to play volleyball at Southwestern University. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our prestigious State Rankings list.
Carrington Cook Carrington Cook 5'11" | OH Ridge Point | 2024 State TX [2024] 5-11 Outside/Right Side (HS: Ridge Point/Club: Houston Juniors / Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Cook officially to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 127th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Ridge Point High School and also for the Houston Juniors volleyball club. Carrington has immense power in her lower body and upper body. Her strong frame allows her to provide a lot of thunderous swings on the ball. Miss Cook has been on varsity for the past few years and plays against open level competition during the club season, which has helped her become the player she is today. She is not afraid to play all the way around and dive on the court if need be to save the ball from hitting the floor. We love what she brings to the table She has been on our official watch list for a while and this season we saw what we needed to in order to have her listed on the Official State Rankings list. Please help us congratulate her on being named one of the best players in the state of Texas.
