She does good work to get herself prepared to elevate and swing from all over the floor as she gathers and elevates followed by great arm control to swing cross body, wrist away or for placement. She has earned over 20 kills a few times in 2023 and recently got ahead of 800 total kills for her career. Schlotterer's most recent effort resulted in a Norwalk 3-0 win over Bellevue as she had a convincing offensive output of 18 kills while also using her arm to serve up six aces. The Truckers are 13-3 overall and perfect in Sandusky Bay-Lake standings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='176099' first='Abbey' last='Emch'] - Crestview (*pictured)<br>The 6'3 Emch has had a significant stretch of volleyball over the past several months that includes gains in her game as well as a verbal commitment to one of the best Division I programs in Pitt. Her athleticism and physicality are among the best in this class as her gains in her offensive range and assertiveness are very noticeable in leading Crestsview this season. Her movement patterns are more efficient around the middle and she has increased her overall skill set showing good platform skills and ability to swing through higher tempos at the net and out of the back row. Emch is averaging 4.5 k/s while terminating at a 55% kill rate. Crestview is 15-0 overall with only one set not in their favor this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='289176' first='Parker' last='Vackert'] - Carey<br>Vackert is a complete threat as evidenced by her average stat line of 3.3 k/s on .366 efficiency, 4.4 a/s, 5.4 d/m, and 3.4 blocks per contest. She is 5'11 and has great versatility as a hitter. Vackert has a physical arm in the air as she can generate power upon contact and score with movement and range. Additionally, she is equally effective at the pins as well as in the middle through quick tempo options. Carey is 13-2 overall and currently tied for second place in Northern 10 league play.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='289185' first='Shelby' last='Bloor'] - Westlake<br>Bloor recently eclipsed the 1,200 total assists mark as all of those have come in the most recent two seasons. The Demons 5'8 floor leader has consistently been at a 10 assists per set average for her Westlake career. She pursues the ball with high hand position that helps with her touch and control as she has improved the quality of her location through both pins and a variety of tempos and options. She had a season high 52 assists in a five-set lost to Rocky River in early September while also surpassing 40 assists in a single match on multiple occasions.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='207166' first='Zari' last='Gillispie'] - Summit Country Day<br>Top 10 offensively in the [program_tooltip program_id='431851' first='MVC' last=''], Gillispie leads the league defensively at the net in total blocks. Her athleticism is some of the best in the conference and her volleyball skills have been steadily catching up since the club season regarding her efficiency and overall impact. She is quick laterally and gets off the floor fast. At nearly two kills per set she is earning points off her arm through a .346 efficiency.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
