She is physical and has a powerful arm upon contact that is producing results at a higher efficiency of .442 and kill rate of 56% than in 2022. Her ceiling is high and will likely garner more and more attention as the high school transitions into club in the coming months. Keep an eye on her and her athleticism and versatility to score at the pins and in the middle.

At 2.8 k/s, Richter is part of a corps of arms that are helping MND through the tough GGCL schedule. She has big upside to her game with big lift and contact point she can create. At 6’0, Richter can bring a lot power and range as she has great court awareness of what is available to her when she approaches to swing. She has all the tools in the air to make the best out of both in-system and out-of-system opportunities. Top 15 in the GGCL offensively, she will be key in MND’s upcoming match versus St. Ursula as Richter and company are currently one place ahead of them in GGCL standings.
