We have been watching the 2026 class very closely throughout the entire club season. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.
Megan Nguyen Megan Nguyen 5'5" | S Plano East | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-6 Setter (HS: Plano East/Club: Dallas Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please officially welcome Miss Nguyen to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 39th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Plano East High School and also for the Dallas Skyline volleyball club. Miss Nguyen showcased her abilities all club season long and proved to be extremely valuable to her squad as they won the Open National Championship at USA Volleyball’s Junior Nationals in Chicago this summer. When I watched them compete against some amazing competition in person, Megan stood out due to her focus on technique and ball movement. She is super technical with her contact and release, which allows her to stay super consistent. You hardly ever see her out of position when she is contacting the ball to release it to a hitter. She does this with very quick footwork but more importantly, she has great court vision that helps her determine where the pass is going to land. On the court, she very rarely gets rattled and this kind of leadership will help out any team she is on. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings.
Kylie Kleckner Kylie Kleckner 6'0" | OH Byron Nelson | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-0 Outside (HS: Byron Nelson/Club: Texas Advantage Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Kleckner to the prestigious State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 52nd best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Byron Nelson High School and also for the Texas Advantage Volleyball club. Miss Kleckner has been on my official watch list for a while and what I saw this past club season and now during the high school season made it a no brainer to add her to the rankings. She is a point waiting to happen on the court. She burst onto the scene last season as a freshman on varsity and solidified her spot as a starter. Nothing seems to get her worried when she is on the court as she is a shark in the water looking for her next kill. This young lady is the next great attacker to come out of Byron Nelson High. In a few years, she will be able to have her pick of quite a few colleges who will be offering her a spot on their roster. In the meantime, we will love covering her as she continues to progress in her craft. Please help us congratulate her on being named one of the best volleyball players in the state of Texas.
Addi Reus Addi Reus 5'5" | DS/L Pieper | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-5 Libero (HS: Pieper/Club: Alamo/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Reus officially to the State Rankings. Addi is currently ranked as the 54th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Pieper High School and plays club for the famed Alamo volleyball program out of San Antonio. Addi earned the libero spot mid club season and never relinquished it due to her play. I love when players truly seize an opportunity when it presents itself. Her ability to pursue a ball with absolute tenacity is one reason why she is so valuable to a team’s defense. In now her second year on varsity, she has taken so much control over the back row and keeps her squad in system during serve receive. I love her natural soft touch on hard driven balls. She is able to get under the ball and keep it on her side for her setter to run a solid offense off of it. Defensively she is a genius and her team can count on her to not let the ball fall anywhere near her zone. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot on our State Rankings.
