1. Incarnate Word Academy Red Knights 24-8-1

After the Tournament title at Jackson, the Red Knights are on a roll having won the last 9. Monster middle [player_tooltip player_id='169895' first='Tara' last='Greenberry'] is getting close to 100 blocks on the season.

2. St. Michael the Archangel Guardians 20-5

The Guardians owe a win over both St. Pius X schools from Festus and Kansas City. Four of the defeats came at the Rockwood Tournament. From what I've seen they are the second-best team in Class 4 behind the hitting duo of Makalah Davis and [player_tooltip player_id='124855' first='Lily' last='Vanbebber'].

3. St. Pius X (Festus) Lancers 18-5

The Lancers have lost to Lafayette, St. Michael, Mater Dei, IL, Eureka, and Incarnate Word. They gave Incarnate Word a good battle as 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='475322' first='Kate' last='Sherry'] topped the team with eight kills in the loss.

4. St. Pius X (Kansas City) Warriors 20-6

17-2 in the last 19 matches has the Warriors jumping the ranks. [player_tooltip player_id='150042' first='Avery' last='Ashby'] is the school's career kill leader and the team will have to get by Platte County in districts to reach the state playoffs.

5. Windsor Owls 27-4-1

Winner of 13 straight and the title at the Perryville Tournament the Owls make a jump in the rankings. [player_tooltip player_id='216461' first='Sydney' last='Green'] is having a big season on the outside for the Owls with a team-high 315 kills.

6. Carl Junction Bulldogs 24-7-2

With the win over Webb City, the Bulldogs get the move up in the rankings. They also have a split and tie with Marshfield and a tie with Helias. [player_tooltip player_id='124228' first='Kylie' last='Scott'] and [player_tooltip player_id='178046' first='Karissa' last='Chase'] have been on fire both with over 300+ kills.

7. Webb City Cardinals 23-6

Webb City handed Class 2 #1 Fair Grove its only defeat but also has lost to Carl Junction to get bumped down. 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='236997' first='Jaeli' last='Rutledge'] leads the team in kills and blocks with 259 and 47 respectively.

8. Platte County Pirates 18-7-2

With seven losses on the season, the Pirates might appear not as a top team. [player_tooltip player_id='216466' first='Kendall' last='Johnson'] is putting down 252 kills on the year. They've lost to both St. Michael and St. Pius X but no one else in Class 4. They'll be a tough team to beat.

9. Summit Falcons 18-11-1

Summit has the tools to win a district title and already owns a 3-2 win over Parkway West. If [player_tooltip player_id='170046' first='Lainey' last='Waser'] is on Summit could take the district title.

10. Parkway West Longhorns 17-9-2

The Longhorns are a streaking playing team. Against Summit they looked unbeatable in sets 2 and 3 but the passing broke down in 4 and 5 and they took the loss. Believe me, if [player_tooltip player_id='222058' first='Katherine' last='Byergo'] can keep things going in the middle the Longhorns could see themselves back in the state playoffs.
