Madie Sego – 2024 – Middle – Bishop LeBlond
The middle for the Eagles had two big matches and almost got her team in the championship match. During the 3rd win over AV, she would hit .600 with 15 kills and 0 errors and added three blocks. In the 5-set semifinal loss to Hermann, she hit .417 with 11 kills and three blocks.
Lindsey Atha – 2024 – Outside – Bishop LeBlond
Lindsey was the most consistent attacker for LeBlond over the weekend. 12 kills and eight digs in the semifinals and then 11 kills and 14 in the semifinal loss to Hermann.
Sydney Schulte – 2025 – Outside – Hermann
Sydney completed the weekend with a double-double average finishing with 16 kills and 14 digs in the championship match. During the 5-set semifinal win she had 14 kills and 8 digs.
Ashlyn Hughes – 2026 – Middle – Hermann
Ashlyn burst onto the scene for the Bearcats this year and got better as the season went on. In the semifinals, she had eight kills and two blocks. Under the bright lights of the championship match, she stood out. She finished the match getting 15 kills on .353 hitting % and added two blocks. A big performance for the 2026 middle.
Faith Klindworth – 2024 – Libero – Fair Grove
A spectacular performance in the championship match and she wasn’t going to let her team lose. She was all over the court and finished the title game with 33 digs. None more than two during the 4th set that could have lost the match if not for her hustle plays.
Ashton Bell – 2025 – Outside – Fair Grove
During the semifinal sweep of AV, Bell finished with six kills and 13 digs. In the title match, she hit .310 with 11 kills and had a monster defensive game getting 17 digs to help Fair Grove win the school’s first volleyball title. She led her Basketball team last year to win the school first first-ever team sport championship.
Shea Skouby – 2025 – Middle – Fair Grove
Hitting .609 in the semifinal with 14 kills and 0 errors got my attention so I had to watch her close during the finals. She’s a gifted player and had several key kills during the 5-set win over Hermann. She would finish with 16 kills and four blocks to help the Eagles win its first volleyball state championship.

– 2025 – Setter – Fair Grove
C0-MVP Brooke is good in so many ways and if she wasn’t running a 6-2, she could be an outstanding libero. In the championship match, she would have seven kills, 30 assists, 25 digs, and two blocks. In the sweep of AV in the semifinals she would have five kills, 16 assists, and 12 digs. She has the fire to play bigger than 5’5”.
Breckyn Koeller – 2024 – Setter – Hermann
CO-MVP She would finish her last two years as the starting setter and carried her team to two appearances in the title matches. Led all of Class 2 with 97 assists during the two 5-setters. In her two seasons running the show for the storied program, she would rack up over 2300 career assists and was the reason Hermann finished with two 2nd place finishes during her time quarterbacking the team.
