We are weeks away from our awesome series of showcases across the country. We will be holding our Dallas Top 250 Showcase on November 25th from 9:00-11:00am at the Southwest Athletic Center. We are going to be previewing some of the players who have already signed up to participate. The one aspect that sets our showcases apart from every other one in the country is how we offer coverage, before, during, and after it is completed. Without further ado, here are a few players who you should be watching at the showcase.

Charlotte Watson [2025] 5-7 Setter (HS: Euless Trinity/Club: 360 Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)

Charlotte is currently an unranked prospect in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but should be added to our official watch list when I update them. She plays volleyball at Euless Trinity High School and also plays club for the 360 Volleyball program. Miss Watson is a wonderful distributor of the rock for any squad she plays for. She is able to dish the ball to all of her hitters and make sure that it is as evenly distributed as possible. I love how she understands spread principles and keeps the defense guessing. The talented lefty should showcase very well against the top competition that is coming to the event. Her defensive abilities do not go unnoticed as she is not afraid to go to the ground if need be to keep the ball in play. Charlotte is powerful enough to shoot the ball to the left side pin during out of system moments when it might be tough to get completely around the ball. We are looking forward to watching her compete at the Expo and you should definitely put her name in your setters to watch.

Alexandria Arrington [2026] 5-11 Middle/Setter (HS: Glen Rose/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='455705' first='Club' last='Texas'] Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)

Alex is currently an unranked prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but I am very intrigued to watch her at the showcase. She plays volleyball at Glen Rose High School and club for the [program_tooltip program_id='455705' first='Club' last='Texas'] Volleyball program. Miss Arrington is a fun one to research as she is able to play two positions that not a lot of players are able to switch from. We have her listed as a middle and a setter. As a middle, this young lady can sky and get her arms well over the net to seal it away from would-be attackers. I love how she drives her footwork very hard into the ground during her approach to attack. This tells me that she is super hungry to attack and truly understands timing principles from the middle position. Maybe that is because she is also a talented setter and sees how important it is for her middle to be on time so that she can deliver her quick set to them. Her size and speed allow her to showcase her skills as a setter really well. I am very intrigued to watch her compete in both positions at the Expo and think she could be a steal for a college program. Give her a look or two and you will see what I see so far.

Payton Brown [2026] 5-3 Setter (HS: Southwest Christian School/Club: Peak Volleyball Academy/Verbal: Uncommitted)

Payton is currently an unranked prospect in the 2026 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball at Southwest Christian High School and club for the Peak Volleyball Academy program. Miss Brown has a very strong upper body and very fast release of the ball out of her hands. It shoots out to the pins with ease and I love how her hands look like identical mirror images of each other. This tells me that he is very concerned with technique and that will be great for her future in the position. Her strong upper body is also capable of sending a fast float serve to any zone. I love how she doesn't put her heels down on the floor very much as this will keep her footwork super fast to track down passes and digs from her teammates. It keeps her very bouncy on the court and I cannot wait to see her awesome footwork in action at the Expo.
