Top 250 Expo Dallas: Junior Outside Hitters

Wow, this girl can jump! She is so long and lean and really smacks at the ball to hit a nasty missile at the empty corners of the court. She is a dangerous athlete to play against because she is so spot-on in her targeting and rarely goes out of bounds. She was a pleasure to watch at the expo.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bre Perez</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Perez is a 5'6" outside hitter from Allen High School. Perez has a wicked swing and hits at tough angles to defend against. She uses everything to her advantage that she can find and is so athletic she can use a lot of tools against her opponents. She is used to hitting off the block and digging up blocked balls. She serves like a laser and can dig like a libero. Romine is strong and athletic. She is quick on her feet and has great timing. She works very hard to make sure nothing is coming back to her over the net after she takes a shot. She never lets a ball hit the ground. She has great serves and can dig really well. She blocks with the best of them.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Abigail Smith</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Smith is a 6' junior outside hitter from Martin High School. Smith has great reach and is so strong! She blasts the ball to the floor on the other side of the court or plays it off of one of the defenders with ease. She is a smart athlete and really knows where to take a shot. Smith has a powerful punch at the net. She is big and strong and not one to mess around with on the court. She is dangerous when hitting on the right or outside. Wennerstrom is one of the more accurate hitters on this list and works very hard to take care of the ball at the net. She wins most jousts in a scrimmage and hits hard-to-defend spots on the court with little effort.
