The latest rankings update is up and LIVE!

For the class of 2027, this is the FIRST EVER top 20 reveal for the class. After a ginormous high school season, we saw a lot of names emerge and talents cement themselves for years to come. It's just the beginning for this group, and it only goes up from here!

With all of the excitement from 2023 coming to a close, let's take a look at the rest of the top 20! Here is 11-20 for the 2027 class in Michigan.

No. 11 [player_tooltip player_id='442978' first='Eleanor' last='Williams'] - Romeo/Michigan Elite

Kicking off the second half of the inaugural top 20 reveal, we have a burgeoning talent out of Romeo! [player_tooltip player_id='442978' first='Eleanor' last='Williams'] had herself quite the fall. In her first season on varsity, Williams had a lot of different roles. Primarily a go-to arm on the right pin, Williams had her hand in running the offense herself in some 6-2 situations. She shows a lot of promise in her ability to play multiple positions. I'll be curious to see where this versatility takes her this club season with Michigan Elite's 15 Mizuno.

No. 12 [player_tooltip player_id='436889' first='Sophia' last='Smith'] - Marian/Legacy

From one right side to the next, we have another Marian Mustang on the list. Like we said, there's a TON of underclassmen in this powerhouse program, and [player_tooltip player_id='436889' first='Sophia' last='Smith'] is one of the top dogs in the group. In her first season at Marian, Smith found herself very much at the forefront of options. She poses a nice balance from pin to pin and a nice block on the right side. Smith will be joining fellow Mustang, [player_tooltip player_id='454352' first='Calli' last='LeFevre'], on Legacy's 15-1 Adidas team.

No. 13 [player_tooltip player_id='467951' first='Rylee' last='Paddock'] - Jenison/FaR Out

I got to catch this player live at Beast of the East and was shocked to find out that she was only a freshman! En route to that day's Runner-Up finish, [player_tooltip player_id='467951' first='Rylee' last='Paddock'] was playing miles ahead of what you'd expect out of libero of her experience. Even against the toughest of swingers, Paddock holds this sense of composure to her game that is quite admirable. Jenison was one of those squads that had a danger label stamped on them all season. Paddock was one of the biggest concerns when it came to that team.

No. 14 [player_tooltip player_id='454358' first='Lily' last='Tripi'] - Utica Eisenhower/Michigan Elite

Coming into her prep career, [player_tooltip player_id='454358' first='Lily' last='Tripi'] was accumulating a lot of hype. An off-season surgery had her sidelined throughout the entirety of her freshman season however. Despite this, Tripi is still one of the most promising prospects that this class has to offer. One of the bigger sized athletes in this class, her height brings a lot of intangibles to her setting duties. At full health throughout this club season, we may get to see what Tripi is really made out of.

No. 15 [player_tooltip player_id='442228' first='Avery' last='Thorp'] - Plainwell/FaR Out

While Plainwell HS may have fell a bit under the radar this season, I suspect I be hearing about them for years to come. With an athlete such as [player_tooltip player_id='442228' first='Avery' last='Thorp'] emerging, Plainwell could be a real powerhouse in the D2 space for years to come. Thorp, herself, has a lot of potential. At 6'2, Thorp already has the size on her side but she also has the athleticism to back it all up. She'll be making the jump to FaR Out Volleyball Club this season from playing with Dead Frog the last few years. A move that could really bode both parties well.

No. 16 [player_tooltip player_id='490381' first='Caylin' last='Lindsay'] - Hartland/Michigan Elite

Hartland was one of those other "Dark horse" teams from this past fall. Loaded with weapons, one of those that surprised everyone the most was [player_tooltip player_id='490381' first='Caylin' last='Lindsay'] on the outside. A nice complement to veteran leader, [player_tooltip player_id='110304' first='Cameron' last='Herman'], Lindsay held her own amongst a group of elder players. A great jump and touch on the ball, Lindsay became a great scoring option for Hartland. Look for her to carry even more of that going into club season as she joins Michigan Elite 15 Mizuno.

No. 17 [player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'] - Grand Blanc/Legacy

It takes a lot of chops to step into a libero jersey and thrive as much as this player did. [player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'] was a shining star for Grand Blanc all season long. Not only was she a top notch defender on the court, but she proved to be a straight up athlete. Defending in different positions around the court, or even stepping up to swing some due to injury, Naves can do it all. It's because of her athletic nature that she can excel at so many different things on the court. She'll be looking to battle for 'bro time this coming club season with Legacy 15-1 Adidas.

No. 18 [player_tooltip player_id='442971' first='Brenna' last='Mirovsky'] - Oxford/Michigan Elite

Oxford may have had their woes this season. Working through the post-Rachel Townsend era, luckily they enter a new one with [player_tooltip player_id='442971' first='Brenna' last='Mirovsky']. This is a future star in her own right. Traditionally a setter, Mirovsky stepped up to the plate when it came time to swing and delivered some bombs. Like Naves, Mirovsky proves to be a natural athlete. Capable of weaving in and out of positions at a high level, Mirovsky will be a key cog in Michigan Elite 15 Mizuno's sucess this winter.

No. 19 [player_tooltip player_id='454368' first='Lexa' last='Pierson'] - Milford/L2

Our lone peak at what is to come from the L2 cannon, [player_tooltip player_id='454368' first='Lexa' last='Pierson'] has a bright future ahead of her. This is another athlete that was a shining star in a program on the build. What Pierson showed off this fall, you have to keep an eye on her. An explosive pop off the court and pop on the ball, Pierson likes to bring the heat at every chance she can. She'll be a fun one to watch develop throughout the club scene on L2 151.

No. 20 [player_tooltip player_id='454366' first='Jordyn' last='Jones'] - Richmond/Michigan Elite

Rounding out our inaugural top 20 for the class of 2027, we have a real powerhouse athlete. [player_tooltip player_id='454366' first='Jordyn' last='Jones'] is a player that many may underestimate upon first impression, but when she takes flight and rips away. You'll know. Jones' play is very reminiscent of that of Arkansas' Jill Gillen's. No package is too small to pack a mighty punch. That has been Jones' M.O. throughout the fall and will be huge to take with her throughout the club season.
