<p>Here is a group of top performers from the high school season who had solid sophomore seasons.</p>

<p>Moving forward the primary focus will be on the club season, but don't be surprised to see an occasional report looking back on the 2023 high school season and updates on the college recruitment of the Kansas Class of 2024.</p>

<p><strong>Libby Cure</strong>, 5'9”, MH, Goodland, ‘26</p>

<p>Cure is an athletic middle hitter who also is a solid basketball prospect. She finished her sophomore season with 75 blocks, 127 kills, and 29 aces in 100 sets played.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='731033' first='Isabella' last='Galliart']</strong>, 5'4”, S, Holcomb, ‘26</p>

<p>When all is said and done the Longhorns' Galliart will be a very experienced setter. She has back-to-back seasons with more than 400 assists and two years of high school ball still ahead of her. She finished with 417 assists in 86 sets played as a sophomore.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='222106' first='Carlyle' last='Johnson']</strong>, 6'1”, MH/OH, Collegiate, ‘26</p>

<p>Johnson could evolve into a real beast and top Kansas prospect. During her sophomore campaign, she racked up 279 kills, 149 digs, and 40 total blocks for the Spartans.</p>

<p><strong>Addison Schwinn</strong>, 5'9”, MH, Jefferson West, ‘26</p>

<p>The Tigers' Schwinn should lead their hitting attack for seasons to come. She collected 64 total blocks, and 150 kills during 78 sets played during her sophomore season.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='489763' first='Reese' last='Johnson']</strong>, 5'6”, L/DS, Wichita Northwest, ‘26</p>

<p>Johnson had a solid season for the Grizzlies. She made 348 total digs in 75 sets played. Her consistent passing also allowed her to register 32 assists.</p>

<p><strong>Crissa Irvin</strong>, 5'4”, DS, Scott City, ‘26</p>

<p>Irvin finished her sophomore season with the Beavers with a total of 483 serve receptions and 330 digs.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='728767' first='Jordan' last='Bartlett']</strong>, 5'5”, MH, Bennington, ‘26</p>

<p>Bartlett is quick and can play several roles on the court. She filled up her sophomore stat sheet with 198 kills, 322 digs, and 246 serve receptions.</p>

<p>Ensley recorded 421 assists in 71 sets played. She also collected 131 digs for the Warriors during her sophomore season.</p>

<p>The Colgan Panthers always have talented athletes and you can add Overman to that list. She filled up her sophomore stat line with 220 kills, 181 digs, and 42 aces in 104 sets played.</p>
