Texas is second to none when it comes to our players earning the right to play at the next level. The offers for our wonderful Texas players keep coming. We love to see the pictures and news of these players as they are achieving their dreams. We are proud to announce some news from the recruiting front. There are three more players who have just committed to college volleyball programs recently and we would like to share the news. These young ladies have been hard at work during the club and high school volleyball season. They also have been hard at work on the recruiting scene getting offers from schools and have made their college decisions. Help us in congratulating them on the amazing news.
Brennan Ramirez [2024] 5-2 Libero (HS: Waxahachie/Club: Dallas Skyline/Verbal: University of Texas)
Brennan is currently an unranked prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Waxahachie High School and also for the awesome Dallas Skyline club program. Miss Ramirez is a ball control expert and back row floor general who can dig and pass with the best of them. She shows great fundamentals by staying put at her base until the setter releases the ball. Most in left back will cheat and leave early which will make them susceptible to setter dumps, but not Miss Ramirez. I love the discipline she shows by doing this. Her eyes are very focused on the hitter and she sets up very nicely in her adjusted position to paly the ball. While most defensive specialists only play in either left back or middle back, Brennan is easily moved between both positions and plays them equally well. We are extremely proud to announce that she has decided to play volleyball at the University of Texas. Please help us congratulate her on achieving her dream of playing at the next level.
Kacey Kazmierski [2024] 6-0 Setter/Right Side (HS: Lake Travis/Club: Austin Juniors/Verbal: University of North Florida)
Kacey is currently ranked as the 138th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball at Lake Travis High School and club for the amazing Austin Junior volleyball program. Miss Kazmierski is a phenomenal talent who does a lot on the court. She is amazing at both playing right side and setting as well. Armed with prototypical height and size, she is equipped for the next level game right now. I have seen her be an asset to her club teams and lead them to greatness over the last few years and there is no doubt that she will do the same in college. As an opposite, she blocks very well and hits the ball with power. Her volleyball IQ is extremely high and you can see it in her decision making. As a setter, the ball comes out of her hands so smoothly to every location. We are proud to announce that she recently committed to playing volleyball at the University of North Florida. Please help us congratulate her on achieving her dream of playing college volleyball.
Ashley Euston Ashley Euston 6'1" | MB Dripping Springs | 2025 State TX [2025] 6-2 Middle (HS: Dripping Springs/Club: Austin Performance/Verbal: University of Missouri)
Ashley is currently ranked as the 100th best overall prospect in the state according to the 2025 Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Dripping Springs High School and plays club for the Austin Performance volleyball program. Miss Euston is a load to handle out of the middle position. She is the type of middle blocker who is extremely agile and powerful in every way. I love how she runs every route with authority and drives her legs into the ground very hard with a purpose toward her setter. Her club directors, high school coaches and club coaches have taught her a lot about blocking and it truly shows in her skills. Her arms move toward the ball in “textbook” fashion above the net. As an attacker, her right arm is golden as she is able to cut the ball very well around the block to score at a high clip. We are proud to announce that she has committed to playing volleyball at the University of Missouri. Please help us congratulate her on realizing her dream of playing at the next level.
