Haider-Harralson takes a quick swing from the outside pin and smokes the line with ease. She has a cool and calm demeanor but she stepped up and brought a highly explosive swing to the net. No matter the big blockers in front of her, she’d find a way to succeed.
Highlights
Hansen made some really athletic adjustments to the opposing attack. She brought energy to the court and could do a little bit of everything. Hansen’s defensive play was on point, but she was solid in serve receive as well.
Highlights
Houser does a great job hitting the deep corners. She demonstrated she could do this during middle positionals with no blocker in front of her as well as in game play. Houser provides a big block and was frustrating a lot of attacker near the end of the session.
Lillquist was consistent in her setting location to either pin. This is not talked about as a highly important skill set. Her passers and attacker may have been changing but her sets stayed consistent.
First of all, I love this athlete’s name. Second, she caught my attention when she was taking the pace off a hard driven attack with a well controlled dig. She’s well coached and calm to make her movement look effortless.
Maslowski does a great job moving to the ball. She got more and more confidence as the session went on. Maslowski control’s the court and has great chemistry with all the hitters that step onto her court.
Mendelblatt knows how to reach high, get her hand wrapped overe the top of the ball and destroying it. She does a great job of taking a quick approach and getting up in the air quickly. Mendelblatt is 6’0 and makes big plays on both sides of the ball.

Olson had good consitent location on her sets no matter where she was sending them. She has a quick clean release and adapts to the changes around her. She consistently adapted and put her attackers in a position to succeed.

Orrock flies to the ball with a fast and aggressive approach. She has a high contact point and a very fast arm swing. She can get on top of just about every ball thrown her way and she gets quick feet to to the ball so her attack is even more potent.

Oste caught my attention when she destroyed a ball down the line. She stood out in game play with her competitive demeanor. She may only stand 5’9 but she was consistently stepping up to the net and delivering a smart and/or powerful attack.
