rnPedersen enters the inaugural class of 2027 rankings as the #1 middle blocker. She makes her presence known early, and continues to be a force throughout the match. Her athletic footwork and aggressive transition keep her involved in rallies. With exceptional court vision, she creates opportunities for herself to score. For OJVA 15-1, Pedersen will surely shoulder a large offensive and defensive load.
Highlights
Herber is paving the way to be one of the most dominant middles for the class of 2027. With a high contact point and powerful swing with the ball, she turns the ball to right back with ferocity to rack up points. She finds ways to score working around formidable blockers. A multi-sport athlete, also dominating on the basketball court, her athleticism shines through on the volleyball court. Competing with NPJ 15-1 National this club season, the team will look to Herber to command in the middle.
Highlights
Johanson, a six-foot middle blocker, is as explosive as they come. With impressive leaping abilities and an aggressive snap on the ball, she proves deadly on the attack. The mixture of a high vertical jump, an aggressive swing and strong lateral footwork makes her an incredibly well rounded middle. She wrapped up her freshman high school season with Portland Christian with an impressive 363 kills and 85 blocks. This club season she will be a major piece to the success of Aspire NW 15-1 Empire.
Highlights
Albert is a highly athletic and powerful force from the middle. She is eager and hungry to get involved in the offense, making herself available to her setter consistently. When set, she uses her incredibly high vertical jump and quick arm swing to rack up kills. She oozes raw athleticism and untapped potential. Albert is playing up an age division this club season, playing for NPJ Portland 16-1 National. Although a year younger than most of her club teammates, she will shoulder a large load all around.
