rnThere is no question Herber is one of the top athletes from the class of 2027, recently named the #2 overall recruit. A six-rotation outside hitter she is an offensive threat from anywhere on the court. At 6’1”, she has an explosive approach, which, coupled with a high contact point and quick arm, proves lethal. Her court vision is exceptional, finding creative ways to score. There is no doubt she will be a key piece to the success of NPJ 15-1 National this club season.

Hunt was an incredibly bouncy and enthusiastic little fourth-grader when her club journey began. As a fifth-grader, I had the pleasure of coaching Hunt’s 12-2 club team. Fast forward four years and she is still just as bouncy and enthusiastic, but obviously a much improved and more refined volleyball player. Her attack is explosive, with impressive leaping abilities and a powerful arm, when she connects with the ball it is booming. She has enhanced her attack range from both pins and the backrow. She will be shouldering a major offensive load for Athena 15-1 Gold this season.

Hanson may only be 5’7”, but with a powerful step close and fast arm, her attack packs a punch. When she has the open net or hole in the block, Hanson will swing away. But if trapped, she oozes finesse and is inventive in finding the open court due to exceptional court vision. She exhibits tons of athleticism across the backrow, making dynamic plays on defense, and is consistent on serve receive. Her six-rotation abilities will be put to use with Webfoot 16-1 this club season.

Meier is an athlete who, with each time I watch her play, continues to improve. After seeing her breakout performances these past few months at both the high school and club level, I knew Meier deserved a spot in the top ten. She does a good job mixing up her attack location but has a sweet spot for deep line. She has a relentless work ethic that shines through when watching her give 110% for her teammates. A recent growth spurt to 5’10”, made her that much more of an offensive threat at either pin. She will be shouldering a major load all around for the OJVA 15-1 Gold team this club season.
