She has always showcased her physicality and athleticism that is her quickness and lift off the floor. As a 17U for OPVC's top team, she has increasingly become more polished and efficient that makes her a primary threat for this team that has good potential to compete with anyone given her presence and the other strengths they have among her teammates. At 6'0 and touching 10', Gillispie has an even bigger ceiling to her game to build on the tools she has already grown so well.

[player_tooltip player_id='151983' first='Raegan' last='Waller']
Waller complements Gillispie in the middle so well for OPVC 17 Day. She has good size at 6'1 and is fluid in her movement in all phases on both sides of the ball. What she might lack in the lift by comparison to her teammate, she makes up for it by her preparation and the efficiency in her movement to get to good lift of her won. She gets to vertical well when blocking with good hand penetration, while on offense she works well in transition to make herself available, which includes big momentum build to be able to terminate with control and power off of one foot overhead of the setter.
