Class of 2024 State Ranking New Additions Vol 2

We have added 20 new players in this update.&nbsp; This series of articles is to introduce them to our readers and every college coach in the country.&nbsp; We have been watching the 2024 class very closely throughout the entire club season. &nbsp;A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles.&nbsp; We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects.&nbsp; The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='482079' first='Giselle' last='Ojeda']&nbsp;[2024] 5-7 Libero (HS: Cornerstone Christian/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='431254' first='San' last='Antonio Juniors']/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:image {"align":"right","id":482320,"width":"134px","height":"auto","sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} --> <figure class="wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2023/11/804-Giselle-Ojeda-e1700701806295.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-482320" style="width:134px;height:auto" /></figure> <!-- /wp:image --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please officially welcome Miss Ojeda to the State Rankings.&nbsp; She is currently ranked as the 144^th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays for Cornerstone Christian High School and also for the [program_tooltip program_id='431254' first='San' last='Antonio Juniors'] volleyball club.&nbsp; Giselle has been on our watch list for a while and due to her consistent back row play, we have decided it was time to add her.&nbsp; Miss Ojeda does such a wonderful job of keeping her base wide and balanced both prior to contact and while moving toward the ball.&nbsp; This shows us just how coachable she is to stay disciplined like that.&nbsp; She is also able to create some awesome angles with her platform being positioned well away from her body in her “ready position”.&nbsp; She also does such a great job of using her lower body to push off and create an extended range for her to dig and pass.&nbsp; Just when you think the ball is too far away to be dug, in comes Giselle with a last second attempt that keeps the ball off of the floor.&nbsp; I love her relentless pursuit of the ball and think a lot of younger players should be watching her never giving up.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='519527' first='Mykayla' last='McMillian']&nbsp;[2024] 5-3 Libero (HS: Episcopal/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='510661' first='Houston' last='Skyline']/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please welcome Miss McMillian to the prestigious State Rankings.&nbsp; She is currently ranked as the 149^th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. &nbsp;She plays for Episcopal High School and also for the [program_tooltip program_id='510661' first='Houston' last='Skyline'] volleyball club.&nbsp; We have been watching her play at a high level for a while now and she deserved to be listed amongst the state's best players.&nbsp; She is the kind of libero that will do whatever it takes to keep the ball in play and I love how confident and comfortable she is in using her hands to pass/dig overhead balls.&nbsp; It is like her arms have volleyball magnets on them because she always seems to be involved in each play. &nbsp;This young lady was born to play the game of volleyball and does it at a very high level against the best competition this nation has to offer.&nbsp; Her tracking seems to be at an all time high because she never lets any deflection or setter dump fall to the floor.&nbsp; When she is in left back, she always keeps her eyes on the setter until the ball is officially released from their hands.&nbsp; There is a huge reason why her club squad is one of the best in their age group and her back row play is it.&nbsp;&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='198344' first='Taylor' last='Larkin'] [2024] 6-0 Middle/Right Side (HS: Summer Creek/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='462263' first='TAV' last='Houston']/Verbal: Harvard)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please welcome Miss Larkin officially to the State Rankings.&nbsp; Taylor is currently ranked as the 150^th best overall prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays for Summer Creek High School and also for the&nbsp;&nbsp; [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball Houston club.&nbsp; Taylor is a fantastic and super fast middle who can cover a lot of ground in a hurry on the court.&nbsp; She moves very well laterally to close the block on the pins.&nbsp; She truly understands attacking angles when she hits around the block from either side.&nbsp; Her ability to run multiple routes from the middle position give her setter tons of options.&nbsp; I also love how she uses her whole body to add so much force on the ball when contacting it on an attack.&nbsp; She has the strength and speed to excel at the next level.&nbsp; Recently she chose to play college volleyball at Harvard University and we couldn't be more proud.&nbsp;
